Userlike is very user-friendly. There are many setting options for different chats. Integrating the live chat into one's own website was possible without any programming knowledge. Very nice and courteous support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Messaging center, how work is rotated between colleagues. Userlike seems quite easy to integrate and adapt visually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not sure if desktop app is available in Userlike. This would be nice. More video tutorials in the beginning would have given a better overview to me.
