The learning center is extremely helpful for grasping concepts right from the start. In addition, both the Limble website and app are intuitive, which makes it easy to learn how to use them and to add assets and details. The custom dashboard is also user-friendly, offering plenty of straightforward options to tailor everything to your needs. The customer support is also 10/10. I like that there are many customization options and plenty to learn, but as a beginner, I would have appreciated being told to complete the entire learning center before diving in. I often had to return to previous steps to finish things I initially overlooked. Also, having a feature to bulk add various PM dates when entering assets would be very useful. Limble is super easy to use, and still packed with powerful features. I love how customizable it is, so we can perfectly implement it to our workflows. The reporting tools are excellent, and help us track performance, and make better decisions. The mobile app makes it easy for our technicians to stay updated and log their work in real time. I appreciate how Limble keeps all my assets in order and generates work orders when I want them to. I also like how we can use the dashboards to track hours for our mechanics and monitor KPIs effectively. Additionally, Limble maintains a better record of what we do, which is really helpful. The purchase order side of things does not match up with our present system. It becomes a standalone, and that doesn't work for us. It is easy for service technicians to navigate and use the app. Limble also supports many bulk import, export, and update features that help setup or add new assets, parts, or PM tasks. The major issue is performance, sometimes lags a lot, although they are working on it. Other items to improve: does not handle multiple currencies, estimated time on tasks take several clicks to change. I find Limble extremely helpful for planning maintenance requests and responding to unplanned work in a timely manner. They are responsive and easy to work with, which is great. Limble also provides a level of customization that allows us to address specific needs for tracking and future planning without additional costs. This customization can be done easily on our own, saving us from waiting for vendor assistance, which I appreciate. It's also cost-effective and integrates smoothly with data from our current system. The initial setup was very smooth, partly because our CSM, Katia Gwartney, is highly responsive and knowledgeable about the system, offering useful suggestions.
