"Truly Modern CMMS"
5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

Writing and managing work orders in Limble is as simple as using something like Instagram. It's incredibly easy to setup, manage, and train people to use.

It has been a great experience from start to finish and the after sales support you get is phenomenal. For instance, the people manning the live support chat always answer extremely fast and are super knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to something, they actually research it and get you a real answer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

The metrics you can pull from Limble are great but I do wish that you could have a little bit more granularity when making reports or generating charts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Limble Is Easy to Use with Top-Tier Training and Helpful YouTube Videos"
5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

Limble is very easy to use, and the training for the software is top tier. I also really like that there are YouTube videos available, which makes it even easier to learn and reference when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

It takes a fair amount of time to set everything up, but I knew it would be that way going in. Once the setup is done, it makes everything easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Inventory Management with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Limble?

I like that when I assign a task to an individual, they are notified on their phones, and I can see what they've done and the parts they've taken out of inventory. Limble helps me keep track of inventory by notifying me when I'm getting low. I also appreciate having the ability to have an overview of the team as a whole, which enables me to see how much time is spent on tasks and ensures that tasks are completed in a timely manner. The initial setup of Limble was very easy for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

The PO system doesn't fit my needs because it's somewhat difficult to navigate. Also, there are parts, like consumables, that it puts in the inventory limit, which I don't need. I would just like the option to not have everything be put in inventory and be able to place them under consumables instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Active Ongoing-Calls Dashboard Makes Client Follow-Ups Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Limble?

The ability to have an active dashboard with on going calls simplifies my follow up capabilities with the client/vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

Some of the functions aren’t as streamlined as I’d like. I’m told there’s a way to create follow-up calls/tickets; however, I haven’t seen that function work yet. Also, initial callouts tend to have follow-up repairs needed, and it would be helpful if the question that asks, "is a follow up visit needed" prompted an additional step to pre-create the repair portion. "Smooth Implementation and Strong Adoption by Maintenance Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

One of the biggest strengths of Limble is its ease of use and ease of implementation. From an IT leadership perspective, the rollout was straightforward, required minimal overhead, and did not place an unnecessary burden on our team. Based on direct feedback from maintenance staff, the platform is intuitive and well designed for facility and maintenance management workflows.

The feature set aligns well with real‑world needs, particularly work order submission, asset management, and preventive maintenance, and there’s clear potential for the platform to expand beyond maintenance into broader facilities or operational use. Adoption was quick, which speaks both to the usability of the system and how well it fits the maintenance team’s day‑to‑day processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

One area for improvement would be notification flexibility, specifically around alerts for work orders submitted outside of normal business hours. More granular notification controls for after‑hours or urgent submissions would be helpful. That said, this has not significantly impacted overall satisfaction or adoption. "Intuitive and flexible CMMS that's always improving"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

I really like how flexible Limble is, and my favorite feature is its intuitive nature, especially when compared to other CMMS packages. The barrier to entry is so low that you can start using it after just a short training session, which is great when bringing new people on board. The software's efficiency in getting things done makes it simple and quick to use. Another aspect I appreciate is the effectiveness of Limble's support team, as they quickly address and fix any bugs we encounter. This level of support is really valuable, given how essential it is for us to stay compliant with our quality systems. Finally, setting up Limble was very easy for our team, which is not always the case with such tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

We've experienced quite a few bugs with the software in general. Some of them so minor that they're barely even an inconvenience, others much more impactful, forcing us to find workarounds to ensure that we stay compliant with our quality systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Work Orders, Minor UI Hiccups"
5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

I use Limble daily, alongside my mechanics and fellow managers. It simplifies work order tracking and filing, and it's very self-explanatory. I appreciate how it helps me stay organized in my demanding and sometimes chaotic position. It's a system that new mechanics can grasp quickly and begin rolling with. Limble also helps solve mechanic hourly tracking issues, assists with KPI data requests from upper management, and backs us up for document control during audits and scheduling issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

I have noticed small quality of life improvements needed with interfaces. The main issue is the freezing problems, likely related to the internet at the plant, and the updating. There are also issues with bar graphs and charts on dashboards where the scrolling function sometimes bugs out and won't let you go, forcing you to back out and re-enter the dashboard. The initial setup was very in-depth, extensive, and time-consuming, but this was more due to the volume of equipment we needed to incorporate rather than the software itself. "User-Friendly CMMS with Strong Core Features for Technicians"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

very user- friendly and intuitive. Has all of the basic requirements: work orders, PMs, asset management, vendor management, purchase order, critical spare parts. The app is very easy to utilize especially assisting technicians entering work via tablets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

The reporting system is weak. The widgets and dashboards are not bad but limited. Need to have canned reports for each section. Would be good to have built-in failure codes. Problem, cause, solution. This fosters a reliability centered maintenance culture. Would need reports for the failure codes as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Offline-First Reliability — Work Seamlessly Without Internet"
5/5
What do you like best about Limble?

The number one feature I like is the ability to work offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

The cost for a license. For facilities/companies that have limited budgets, it would be nice to have flexibility in what areas of the software can be accessed and by whom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
