(4)4.9/5

Lily AI is a retail technology company helping brands drive discovery across every consumer touchpoint from paid channels like Google and Meta ads to organic surfaces (SEO, AEO, GEO), brand sites, social platforms, and marketplaces like Amazon & Walmart. Lily bridges the gap between merchant-speak and consumer-speak, tackling a multi-billion-dollar challenge by optimizing product content to reflect what shoppers care about and structuring it so machines can surface relevant options wherever people shop. Using LLMs, computer vision, and NLP, Lily enriches product data to align with shopper intent and meet the technical needs of search engines and AI platforms. This has enabled companies like Tapestry, Abercrombie & Fitch, Tory Burch, Fabletics, J.Crew, and Macy’s to achieve sales lifts of 5–22% in Google Ads alone, with gains across other channels. Lily ensures brands are found, chosen, and loved, delivering the right product in language that resonates with both people and machines.
