Lilt was a great LSP until they revised their processes and forced me to lower my rates in a HUGE manner. No negotiation, no consideration for quality (I worked more than 3 years with them on a weekly basis).

The fact that they pay so little, and are so averse to paying their top (human) translators more, and refuse to pay for weekend or evening work. Plus, of course, no real bonuses, no pay increase. The Payment and Talent departments in particular have been a nightmare - unresponsive, rude, arrogant, dismissive. One time, I asked for more pay and was told I didn't produce enough. What am I? A machine? A monkey? A slave? Either you respect my experience, my expertise and the decades I've worked as a linguist, and you pay me accordingly. Or... well, I am a slave, unfortunately. And sadly because of Lilt. And Lilt knows it. They are partially responsible why my income has plummeted.

Past experiences have been lack of transparency into Lilt's payment practices. Even tho that has improved, it is still far too accommodating to clients, and not translators. We have to await payment until the client approves and Lilt processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
