LiKE is an AI knowledge base that answers your team's and your customers' questions using only your own documentation. Every answer links to the articles it was built from, so readers can check the source. When the documentation has no answer, LiKE says so instead of guessing. One knowledge base serves both audiences. Your team searches internal documentation with role-based access and SSO. Your customers get answers through a public documentation portal on your own domain, a widget embedded in your website or app, or the REST API. Answers can also be delivered in Slack and Telegram. LiKE also shows where the knowledge base falls short. Gap Alerts list the topics people ask about that no article covers, ranked by how often they come up. Quality Score rates each article for completeness, freshness and readability, so outdated pages are visible to your team before they lead to wrong answers. Answers are multilingual: a question asked in German can be answered from a French article, in German. More than 25 languages are supported. Content can be written in the built-in editor, with AI formatting and translation, version history, approval workflow and real-time co-editing, or imported from Markdown, Word, PDF and scanned documents. Read-only sync keeps Notion, Confluence, Wiki.js, GitHub, GitLab or your public website as the original source. Meeting recordings can be turned into draft articles.
