The grossing aspect, which I use, is easy to train to new employees. I like that you can customize any protocols that we use in the lab and apply them directly in the LIS. **What do you dislike about LigoLab LIS & RCM Laboratory Informatics Platform?** Nothing to dislike about the LIS. Easy to use. The only thing I recommend is to improve customer support. Any new customizations or errors that need to be corrected are left not addressed. **Recommendations to others considering LigoLab LIS & RCM Laboratory Informatics Platform:** Tech support needs to be improved. **What problems is LigoLab LIS & RCM Laboratory Informatics Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** LigoLab LIS helped simplify creating labels and slides for histology to print out. Applying protocols for the amount of blocks and slide label per block help minimize any errors or time when levels are needed before Pathologist request them. ### 2. They can stay on track of tickets, typically have a great response and turnaround time, and are incredibly nice while maintaining great professionalism! **What do you dislike about LigoLab LIS & RCM Laboratory Informatics Platform?** Sometimes setting up or training on a new type of test can be hard because there are so many ways to do one thing that it can get confusing. However, I am fortunate to have an excellent support team and Ligo Support such as Drew Taphorn, who is great at explaining things and showing us his process so we can better understand. The speed at which we were able to configure our first client and go live was impressive. LigoLab is also constantly improving the system and collaborates with its customers to implement new functionality. **What do you dislike about LigoLab LIS & RCM Laboratory Informatics Platform?** The report templates have some formatting limitations. For example, if you have only one image to insert, the text cannot "wrap around it" to eliminate white space. We would also like to have the ability to batch fax (scheduled jobs) and LigoLab cannot currently do that. **What problems is LigoLab LIS & RCM Laboratory Informatics Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can manage multiple clients on the platform, and the LigoLab interface team can customize our various order & result interfaces to accommodate any EHR....and the speed of integration is the best I have expereced in my career. There are many pieces that, when altered, have unintended downstream consequences. Although I am usually able to figure it out myself I often have had to rely on LIGO help. On top of that I am getting COVID fatigue and at times, as I'm with LIGO help on a team viewer session or such I will suddenly see the problem and feel like an idiot. I am normally very sensitive to 'hearing' any sort of frustration in someone's voice and either they are very good at hiding it or they just don't get frustrated. They have always been extremely kind, patient and helpful. They are truly the poster children for customer service. **What do you dislike about LigoLab LIS & RCM Laboratory Informatics Platform?** Sometimes it feels like there are many different ways to accomplish one thing and for me that is a little frustrating. Having said that, I've had that same experience with different systems. It's very intuitive to use for a new employee, training on the platform is simple and straightforward, and the platform is easily customizable to fit the daily workflow needs of any given lab setting. There are a variety of features that make capturing statistics very easy for daily, monthly and/or quarterly logs. Setting up new clients on the program is easy, distribution channels to deliver reports and results are easily configurable, and if you run into any issues the customer support is prompt and responsive. In comparison to other LIS platforms we've used in the past, LigoLab is definitely the most sophisticated and user friendly. **What do you dislike about LigoLab LIS & RCM Laboratory Informatics Platform?** The only problem I have with LigoLab is potentially slow processing and loading of the software. We utilize the system both locally and through a virtual desktop interface (VDI) and depending up on the resources within your environment, it might be a bit slow to go through various cases. When used in the VDI environment, we have absolutely no issues with speed. The local environment, however, has had a few issues every now and then with speed and loading times for cases that contain more elements to load than usual (i.e. uploaded pictures, documents, etc.). It's a minor inconvenience when dealing with a smaller workload, but it does become more pronounced as the workload increases. **What problems is LigoLab LIS & RCM Laboratory Informatics Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major issues that we are solving is consolidation of the various workflows in our laboratory onto one platform. It's much easier to have a "one-stop shop" for all our lab needs versus the various platforms we were using for different parts of our lab. Before we had individualized workflows and systems for Surgical/Histology, Ancillary and GYN Cytology being performed in the lab but in the last 3 years we were able to move this over to LigoLab. The platforms ease of use has greatly improved the efficacy of our existing workflows and making any adjustments has been very easy. ### 11.
