Lightspeed goes public and doesn't have gift cards. Except you can get gift cards with some terrible work around that goes to another website for payment(only $600 and $20/mo.). Paywall after paywall. You want a sign up form on your site? Paywall subscription app. Lightspeed has built an amateur skeleton platform where if you want anything basic you have to sign up for a subscription service. This structure makes it so they sell you on the 60/mo. you spend months getting everything going(digging your own grave) then you'll have to spend 5-10 times just to get the most basic features. The joke is on you if you choose to use lightspeed ecom, ever. Disgusting and manipulative tactics to gain profit while pushing a sub par product. Worst company ever. The good feature is that the register is connected and synced with the store inventory and website! The product is Expensive and complex for very small businesses and startups. Also the payment for subscription for one year is not advisable for a startup.The level of support is not always available hence a novice cannot get the full benefit with no support

If you require an onmi channel solutions (retail and ecom), be sure to not build out your trial as they need to provision you with an account that is configured for omni.
