Also - very good post sales team. **What do you dislike about Lightrun?** I am still new with the tool so I can say only good things for the tool. **What problems is Lightrun solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's very convenient to work with the tool and its snapshots. It helps track the current state and this helps focusing on the issue and resolving it. ### 2. It's so easy to troubleshoot bugs with it. And I can do that without leaving my favorite VSCode. Also it's very simple to start off, it takes couple of lines in our node.js code to set it up. **What do you dislike about Lightrun?** No downsides, this is very robust solution **What problems is Lightrun solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bugs in legacy parts of the application where we don't have much logs are hard to debug without it. Lightrun helps viewing the state at any line easily and save tons of time. Without it we would have deployed new versions in several iterations, which is very slow. ### 3. Then LightRun came along and transformed my experience. Has an on-prem option. Secure architecture. Has a good support team. Does not affect the underlying service operation. **What do you dislike about Lightrun?** The UI and usability can be improved. The on-prem still has disadvantages vs. the cloud in the day-to-day operation, support, stability. **What problems is Lightrun solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many issues are reproducible in production only.
