No long-term contracts, same-day on-site service, and pricing starting at $19.99 per line per month. Our service model is built around local accountability. Technicians are NYC-based full-time employees, not subcontractors, and the same person handles repeat visits. When something breaks, the person who picks up the phone is a real engineer, not a tier-one call center. Most NYC small businesses on legacy copper or overpaying cloud SaaS switch and save 30 to 60 percent per month. A free pilot setup is available on request, scope arranged case by case.
