The Customer Interface is easy to Navigate. Best of all customers do not need to create a lightico account to sign their documents. The user Experience is crisp, clean and simple to use. My biggest concern about the the platform includes mobile signage. You are unable to hold your mobile phone sideways to sign the docs with your finger. The mobile device needs to say in the vertical position or you get an error message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
