I can send my customers the T&Cs and other info to their computer/smart phone and they can read and accept them while I'm talking to them. lightico is such a simple and interactive way of showing customers devices and mandatory legal scrips. it also allows customers to read at their own speed. lightico is easy to log onto and it is very reliable it does not freeze or kick anyone off. it also saves all of the legal scrips online so we can access them at all time. i think lightico is great and the only thing i would change is being able to see what page the customer is on so if they get stuck i can see exactly what and help them. i would also like to see the ability to add more people to one session so if a customer pays for their children's phone i could add them to the screen so they can also read the t&c. The ability to email or text needed documents directly to the customer instead of having to go through the dealership which sometimes doubles or triples the time it takes to receive the documents back. Now the customer can complete the needed documents from their phone wherever they are and send them back directly to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
