Being able to send offer letters and backgrounds directly to the candidate while they're at home. It makes hiring in a lot easier. It is a very easy process for both recruiter and agent. Lightico has been an amazing assistant to legal statement compliance at my work, and provides real help when customers need to make payments securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Lightico? When our products lists update, sometimes Lightico can be a day or two behind compared to our current device portfolio, but this is rare and quickly rectified. The process for resetting and managing passwords could be more user friendly as, to date, all password management for lightico at our workplace is done through a manager with admin control and we cannot reset it ourselves. Lightico has provided a much needed boost to compliance with legal statements for orders, and has provided our customers with greater clarity when they order/ make payments with us. "Stability" 3.5/5 What do you like best about Lightico? I really like the idea of Lightico and the technology behind it. Stability issues and the design. Many customers have queried if the link we send them is actually from us or not. They complain that it looks a little bit untrustworthy. People love to see the terms and conditions of our contracts on a screen in front of them and they have the ability to save it as PDF for future reference.
