# Is there any hope to expand to other comapnies with lightico? Is there a plan for lightico to expand beyond the bt hub and on to places like insurance companies etc, basically any companies which have scripts for the staff to read out unnecessary? I myself find with companies I use outside of work they dont really use it and are still stuck in the old dark ages of reading them which seems ludicrous to me at this point after using it and finding it such a brilliant service. ##### Post Metadata

# How often will Lightico be updated with any fixes? Under dislikes i said - You can't edit the phone number once you have built the package and the customer has engaged so if you have input the incorrect number by mistake you need to start to build your package again, if a fix was put in place this would be great, would there be any plans in any future updates to fix these issues? ##### Post Metadata
