It is very user-friendly, our staff caught on very quickly. We love that it reduces missed appointments and lightens the work load of frent end staff. **What do you dislike about Lighthouse 360?** The only thing we would change is the ability to customize thae automated texts more. **What problems is Lighthouse 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lighthouse reduces missed appointments and increases hygiene recalls, resulting in less wasted provider time, and more production for the office. It also lightens the workload of front end staff which frees up time for them to focus on other tasks. ### 2. Lighthouse 360 easily allows users to easily appointment scheduling and email reminders. **What do you dislike about Lighthouse 360?** The need for multiple platforms today, all with their own subscriptions and training needs, has become burdensome. I would prefer one program for ALL our needs. **What problems is Lighthouse 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have not noticed any changes in the program that addressed any issues we may have had. ### 4. This was the main function that we used for this service and it worked about 90% of the time. There were multiple updates in the last 2 years that caused gaps in its function which is why there could be some improvement, but it was very good when it worked. **What do you dislike about Lighthouse 360?** I hated the multiple updates that caused lapses in our reminders. Also, I did not like how the automated messages were sent right away when I moved around my upcoming appointments on the schedule as this caused confusion for my clients. **What problems is Lighthouse 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving sending automated reminders to patients so patients are extra aware of their upcoming commitments and appointment dates. ### 5.
