LightCater is a simple, all-in-one platform for managing catering and events — built for small-to-mid-size caterers, banquet halls, restaurants, hotels and clubs that want one clean tool instead of a spreadsheet maze or a heavy enterprise suite. One app covers the whole event lifecycle: customer CRM and lead tracking, an event calendar with double-booking warnings, catering menus and packages, branded proposals your clients accept online, contracts with built-in e-signature (no per-envelope fee), Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and function sheets for the kitchen and floor, and tax-ready invoices with online card payments — each step flowing into the next with no re-typing. As you grow, switch on optional add-ons: 2D & 3D floor plans, an embeddable online booking form, lead management, QuickBooks and Xero sync, bulk email marketing, table reservations, restaurant POS, recipe & food-costing, and an AI assistant that drafts emails, scores leads and surfaces follow-ups. Documents and customer-facing emails work in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. Cloud-based and browser-only — nothing to install. Pricing starts at $39/month with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required. LightCater is made by Pxier Services Inc., a hospitality software company with offices in Canada, the USA, Europe and South Africa.
