Zach and the liftify team are great! We use them at all 24 of our jiffy lube locations as a post-service text/email. I was doing that in the past with other softwares but when I switch to liftify, it tripled our review count and raised our store average from 4.6 to 4.85. I literally had corporate tell me “your reviews may be too good” lol. But they’re all real! Liftify has a secret sauce to get customers to leave a review, and it works.
