Using Liftify has truly helped streamline our ratings and review processes with the business partners we work with and our customers. It's been extremely helpful to have one platform with everything in one place. The platform is pretty straight forward, easy to use, and their team is on-point. The staff at Liftify is very helpful and supportive whenever we need them. Our onboarding with them and the time it took to implement this into our processes was quick and seamless. The most difficult thing for me with Liftify has been the reporting, which now makes more sense. I reached out to the Liftify team and they helped me read the reports and see what we needed to see for our company. The other part (not fault of Liftify) is that it still takes a large push to get our own company employees bought into this process and incentivized to get them to use it in the field. Liftify makes my work life so much easier. Replying to Google reviews is a breeze! I have the ability to choose from premade responses based on the number score they give you. I don't have to take any time to think about what I want to say. Liftify sends you an email as soon as you get a review so you are able to stay on top of it. They also take away the hassle of chasing down previous customer reviews. It's great! What's even better is that they have an awesome customer support team.
