Lifted Work is agency management software for teams delivering recurring client work. It brings scheduling, task management, time tracking, repeatable workflows, reporting, and client communication into one system organized around clients. Scheduler plans onboarding, recurring work, requests, and report follow-ups against team capacity. Dispatcher collects client emails, meeting notes, and portal requests and turns them into assigned tasks. Playbooks store reusable steps, SOPs, time budgets, and AI instructions so agencies can run the same process consistently for each client. Reporter combines delivery data with connected marketing sources to prepare internal and client-facing reports. Portal gives each client a place to see delivered work, reports, files, requests, approvals, and upcoming milestones. Lifted Work is built for agencies that manage many client accounts and repeat similar work each month. Teams can move one workflow or client at a time rather than replace every existing tool at once. Pricing is based on active clients instead of seats, with unlimited team members on every plan. Lifted Work is cloud hosted and connects natively to Gmail, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Meta social data, and Google Business Profile. Other systems can connect through Zapier, the API, or MCP.
