**What do you like best about Lifesight?**

Lifesight has become a central part of our marketing stack. We primarily use it for unified customer profiles, advanced audience segmentation, and cross-channel attribution. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t feel bloated like some other CDPs.
What really stands out is the ability to connect multiple data sources (Meta, Google Ads, CRM, email platforms, etc.) and build rich, actionable audiences. Their attribution module is also insightful—it helped us understand the true impact of our top-of-funnel campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Lifesight?**

While the platform is powerful, the learning curve in the beginning was a bit steep. Some reports took a while to load, especially when filtering large datasets. Also, integrations with smaller tools sometimes required manual support. That said, their customer success team was responsive and helpful.

**What problems is Lifesight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with fragmented customer data and overreliance on platform-level attribution (like Google Ads or Meta reports). I like the way it showcases the incremental tactic of each funnel that we plan for different persons. It's very easy to use and UI just makes everything clear.

Media mix feature sometimes lags to accurate data but since it's based on the ongoing stats, it's just a small issue to face.

It's solving the big metric puzzle! Being a marketer, I always wanted a solution which track, use and present the ongoing data and tell me where to put more efforts and where to settle. It does it all! I have just used it via one of my tied-up agency, planning to onboard in my current department soon!

**What do you like best about Lifesight?**

I've been running my own business for over 6 years, and something that is always a challenge is having successful marketing campaigns. Any amount of money spent to get leads or spread the word of your business can be expensive, so it's important to have tools, like lifesight, to do the heavy lifting and optimize the efforts you're putting in.

In today's digital age, there's tons of platforms you can use to market (facebook, google, instagram, linkedin, etc) and each one of these platforms have their own analytics and different layouts. Lifesight is a game changer because having all of my insights and data in one easy to digest platform helps me optimize my marketing efforts, and allows me to continue to do what I do best: Running my business.

Intro price can be high for some companies that are starting out, but ultimately it was worth it for me.

**What do you like best about Lifesight?**

Enabling Lifesight to see customer information beyond the confines of simple attribution is I think an advantage. It is a lot more informative and hence more helpful when it could capture pricing and outlet information. This has been immensely useful in developing strategies for more efficient spending of my marketing budget.

**What do you dislike about Lifesight?**

Lifesight contains a lot of valuable information, but the challenges arise when it comes to report generation. It is not that simple to generate reports for particular sub-markets or to analyze some specific channels. I wish there was more customizability in report generation which would make the platform more useful for me.

MMM has played a key role in helping reallocate the budget to more impactful channels that are not performing well for Lifesight which gives us that extra peace of mind in our marketing actions knowing that they are supported by Lifesight’s know how.

The application Lifesight is very user freindly and people can access it qucikly. This application can be easily implemented by the users. If we are stuck with any of the issues, the customer support will be available 24/7. I love many of th efeatures that are availbel in this application and also recommend other to use it and get benefitted with thhe help of thei application. I use regularly in my day to day life. There is a ease of integration as well.

What I love most about lifesight is that I can have multiple data points in one place, I don't have to navigate to different platforms. And I guess another major aspects for me is the presence of actionanle insight which proved to be a boon for me as I was only a beginner when I started using it.

**What do you dislike about Lifesight?**

Sometimes it tends to get a little too technical for people like me who are not that much into the technical side. This is why I ended up making the switch, I guess I'm the future lifesight can have a version for people who work more on the creative side.

The major problem that is being solved for me is the minimization of spends which results in running my campaigns on a budget. With the actionable insights provided by lifesight, I'm able to make calls that help in keeping the budget optimal.

It helps make sense of marketing data. A lot of platforms show surface metrics, but this one really shows what works. Good for figuring out where to put my money. 

What’s also plus for me is that everything is in one place instead of moving between more dashboards.

I think that the identification of customer data as something that goes beyond the simple attribution is a great strength of Lifesight. It makes a more vivid picture by taking stuff such as prices and outlets into account; it assists me in planning how I should utilize my marketing budget best.

**What do you dislike about Lifesight?**

Lifesight provides a lot of data as for the reporting quite of difficulty. It is difficult to generate reports for the targeted audiences or explore certain channels in more detail. This means that having more flexibility in the way the reports are generated would make the platform is not useful to me.

MMM played a significant role in defining channels that performed poorly and shifting the focus toward the channels with higher effectiveness in Lifesight’s case. It provides us with the confidence in the decisions we are making in marketing since they are all informed by Lifesight.

It offers full funnel measurements for every campaign. This also help in adding the offline behaviour and sync with online attributes of the customer. They have very good hold on hyper local targetting

No dislike for the platform. As the platform doens't have any competition in Indian market

**What do you like best about Lifesight?**

As the regulations concerning the privacy become stricter, the concept of mobile IDs and the use of application data that Lifesight bases itself on seems far-proof. It is also good to find an interface that does not stop with the simplest attribution models and that incorporates AI for further examination.

**What do you dislike about Lifesight?**

This was troubling because the specifics about Lifesight’s AI calculations were not easily discernible. This makes it difficult to have full and blind confidence in the data as I am trying to explain the performance of the campaign to stakeholders.

**What problems is Lifesight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lifesight was kind enough to explain the very challenging issue surrounding the marketing attribution in a world without cookies. It’s also better oriented towards the evaluation of the impact of campaigns with the help of AI and more sophisticated kinds of modeling.

The email builder - althouh standard, pretty straight forward for a first time user. A few things aren't offered, for example, a branding section, which adds some work time to your day.

a lot of features aren't available that other platforms/apps offer, so it makes it more time consuming

I like the number of audiences Lifesight have categorized. It helps us reach users based on demo, behavior, and locations which is extremely important for our sightline product selling.

**What do you dislike about Lifesight?**

The audience definitions are very vague, I would like them to be more specific e..g contain data set definitions rather than (device seen at x location in past 90 days)

**What problems is Lifesight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its cookieless, which is the way the industry is headed. The use of mobile IDs and unique identifiers tying it back to location and appp usage is very helpful.
