Best Tool There Is For Waivers! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Karen S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2023 **What do you like best about lienwaivers.io?** The integration with ProCore to send a waiver out to our sub contractors when we make the payment and the fact that they can docusign it and it is saved in Lienwaiver's forever, is just so smooth and eliminates extra steps of printing or saving the waiver in a company file. **What do you dislike about lienwaivers.io?** The only down side I have had is not the fault of lienwaivers, but that of the sub contractor who doesn't know how or want to use it to sign. I would like the option in to add a note that would show up when I send the waiver, but the only way to do that right now is to go over to docusign as soon as I send it and then correct it to add a note. So this is an extra step. **What problems is lienwaivers.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** The fact that we get a waiver signed for every payment we make and a full waiver at the end of the contract, which is always in the history of lienwiaver's which covers us and make it easy to send what we need with our sworn statements to our customers. ### 2. I use lien waivers on a daily basis to issue out lien waivers to all our SC vendors. I find the custoemr service to be very nice and very personal. Also, the software has taught me so much about lien waivers for example like why it is so important to be specifc about partial vs. final, etc. **What do you dislike about lienwaivers.io?** Lien waivers.io definitely has it's limitations. The website portal is clean on the outside, but I think needs to be prganized better. At least from my expereince, when I want to search for a specific lien waiver issued in the past, I have to open up the project. I can't just do a simple search function and the lien waiver will appear. **What problems is lienwaivers.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like mentioned earlier, it is a way to issue and track so many lien waivers that we issue out daily. It is very important that businesses who use subcontractor services stay organized with a software like this ### 3. When a vendor sends me a lien waiver signed/notarized automatically goes to the commitment on Procore. That's huge. **What do you dislike about lienwaivers.io?** On the dash board, wish their was an easier way to filter search for different specific lien waivers.
