LienBuild is a free document generator for construction payment paperwork. It helps contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers turn unpaid invoices into a clean, consistent paper trail. Generate four kinds of documents, free, with no account: • Demand letters for payment — three scenarios: general contractor owed by the owner, subcontractor owed by the GC, or final retention after completion. For Texas, California, and Florida, the letter cites the state lien deadlines with statute numbers. • Lien waivers — conditional and unconditional, progress and final, rendered in the statutory format for states that prescribe one (CA §§8132–8138, TX §53.284, FL §713.20). • AIA-style G702/G703 application for payment — the summary page plus the G703 continuation sheet, with the field math done. Not affiliated with the American Institute of Architects. • Mechanics lien guides — the notice, record, enforce sequence with deadline tables for Texas, California, and Florida. Every document is assembled in the user's own name. Signature lines stay blank on purpose: review the document against your records, print, sign by hand, and send it yourself.
