Licitum is a B2B SaaS product for small Spanish construction firms, starting with Catalonia. It helps them win public works tenders. It does three things: 1. Finds tenders. The Radar pulls public tenders from PSCP (Catalonia) and PLACSP (Spain) and ranks them for the firm. 2. Says whether a tender fits the firm. It compares the tender with the firm's trade, area, solvency and track record, and reads the pliego to pull out requirements, criteria and risks. 3. Prepares the bid through to award. It helps with the three envelopes: - A: administrative documents. - B: the technical memoria. - C: the price offer, with a cost calculator built on BC3 or TCQ budgets and the BEDEC price bank. A tracker then follows each bid until the award.
