LicitaPilot is an AI-powered public procurement platform designed to help companies discover, evaluate and prepare for public tenders in Spain. The platform centralizes public procurement opportunities and allows businesses to filter tenders by industry, CPV code, location, contracting authority and other relevant criteria. Users can create personalized alerts and receive notifications about new opportunities that match their business. LicitaPilot also uses artificial intelligence to analyze tender documents, assess whether an opportunity is a good fit for a company, summarize requirements, identify key deadlines and conditions, estimate pricing information and assist with the preparation of technical proposals. In addition to active tenders, LicitaPilot provides market intelligence such as awarded contracts, upcoming contract expirations, contracting authority activity and procurement statistics, helping companies identify future opportunities before new tenders are officially published. The platform is designed for SMEs, consultants and companies that regularly participate in Spanish public procurement and want to reduce the time spent searching for opportunities, reading tender documents and preparing bids.
