I think it has to be related because we had a lot of hot-headed individuals at the time, but let me tell you, the complexity and unease of use was determining factor. Also, there's the turnaround time for investigations; it WILL take a lot of time, so exercise your patience, i guess **What problems is LexisNexis TrailTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** We tried to use the Trail Tracker as a means to organize better in a lot of departments; the department or section I worked at the time was Human Resources for an insurance company, I think they were trying to introduce the software to other departments too ### 2. This platform makes it so easy to assign tasks and record at each even as it is necessary as per fed regulations to show each even record. Also, to top it up, this helps alot in making reminders as special credit requires a lot of to and from into clients. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis TrailTracker?** Trailtracker sometimes is slow into giving reminders as sometimes if the time set is 2 PM sometimes it gives reminders on 2.10 or 2.05. also, i have lost note one time on trailtracker which had to recovered. Lagging also. **What problems is LexisNexis TrailTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time Saving and Organising effort. It saves a lot of time as special credits requires a lot of meeting between bankers and special credit clients so recording each event and scheduling and reminders takes alot of time and energy but with this the task is simpler ### 3. Meaning you don't have to spend much time to figure out how to use it because it is laid out in a way that is simple and makes sense. I find it easier than several other tracking tools I use. They also have a nice website full of frequently asked/support questions if you need it. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis TrailTracker?** It might be helpful to have more features that allow you to collaborate with co-workers within the system. **Recommendations to others considering LexisNexis TrailTracker:** I believe they sometimes do free trial offers for certain kinds of businesses. You can't lose by trying it out and seeing whether it adds value to your work long-term. **What problems is LexisNexis TrailTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can't have a good workflow without good organizational tools and you can't be as efficient without understanding your data! Being in the legal field, it is necessary to pull past history to build a case. However, the day-to-day tasks can have a tendency to pull me away from the interview process. Perodic reminders can be set to keep me on track. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis TrailTracker?** Lexis Nexus Trailtracker is easy to use and intuitive. I cannot think of any particular feature I dislike. **What problems is LexisNexis TrailTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having software to track the investigation process has been extremely helpful. This provides me a place to store all my notes as well as providing me with next steps and reminders. In the past, I would keep all notes in a paper notebook to type up a summary later.
