It's very user-friendly, which makes my work easier, especially when it comes to fraud recovery and prevention. The initial setup was also pretty easy. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis RiskView?** I think the series of questioning can be problematic because sometimes the questions or information required are too personal. If I use it to ask the customer or the cardholder for verification or to prevent fraud, they sometimes get mad. It would be really helpful if it could be avoided, not to use too much personal information. **What problems is LexisNexis RiskView solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use LexisNexis RiskView to verify credit and prevent fraud. A user or a person will show up in the result. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis RiskView?** What i don't like is whenever you entered an information, another window will pop up and will ask you whether if you like to save the info or not, Of course, we don't like it to be saved since we're doing it one time to the people that we are looking for specially with our Job. **What problems is LexisNexis RiskView solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem that will occur with our customers ahead of time, like if we need to request for a proof of address, instead, we just use LexisNexis to identify the address. It has good filters such as specific issues or specific legal practice areas which often come in handy. I found Consumer profiling the best. The software has reports from years ago so it let me get a big picture of the report information. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis RiskView?** It's best thing can also be a pain as the search engine can give too wide an array of materials than desired, making the job more time-consuming. The software is a little difficult to use for first-time users. There is a lot of information clutter that can be simplified the reading too can be made more easy.
