In working as a Fraud Investigator, LexisNexis plays a big role in terms of the process. I can easily track customer's information by simply typing either the Persona ID, Name+DOB or Name+Address. With that, I would be able to cross match the information provided by the customer versus the information from a legitimate source (LexisNexis).

Sometimes it's difficult to locate people as there are only limited combinations to use when searching for individuals. It would also be more efficient in performing our review if Lexis Nexis shows possible results whenever we type in 'names + other information' instead of showing "no results found". What I like most about LN is the capabilities to mitigate identity and check for potential relatives, and occupancy.
