**What do you like best about LexisNexis eCrash?**

We love being able to get reports immediately.  

**What do you dislike about LexisNexis eCrash?**

Occasionally we run into a problem when we pay the bills. The billing page sometimes crashes in Chrome and we have to use Microsoft Edge

**Recommendations to others considering LexisNexis eCrash:**

Superior to other options. 

**What problems is LexisNexis eCrash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more 7 day turnaround time on police reports so we can move much more quickly to get claims opened and cars repaired.
