The AI parsing of key contract information is one of the top features that improves the efficiency, response times and other key factors in running our legal department. What Iike best about Lexion is that it was instantly impactful and continues to be a crucial part of our business flow. Historically I have been reluctant to try new software or tools. When I installed Lexion, I kept my existing system of record active with the intent that I would run both in parallel until I felt confident in Lexion.... this lasted not even two weeks. Almost instantly I saw the value in moving everything possible over to Lexion and felt confident that my documents would be secure and attainable. Lexion is also extremely intuitive, and you don't need an expensive or time-consuming implementation or consulting engagement to get started. I - by myself - integrated Lexion with my docusign account in less than 5 minutes. The more I use Lexion, the more uses I find for Lexion and the more I like it. Lexion is a new product, so it is still growing its features. It does everything I need it to do, but I'm also looking forward to some of its new features as well. Workflow task management system is useful for tracking communications related to specific contracts. The contract repository will also be vital to our search and storage of our vast database of contracts and agreements. There is no phone number to call support and no online chat function to get instant assistance. Additionally, contracts are marked as "signing complete" once it is sent through Docusign once even if the counter party has not signed. Lexion has a robust search function and true ease of administration when it comes to organizing our company's contracts. As a start-up, there are many, many attempts at winning new business, and each require an NDA plus whatever else comes after.
