"Simple, effective, and great customer service."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lexion?

Lexion is super easy to use, and is the perfect way to keep track of contracts, legal requests, and what stage each legal request/task is up to. Our small legal team is able to be across each other's tasks, so that we can be aware of various developments within the business, and the integration of AI features has been a useful tool to improve efficiency. Further, the customer support has been fantastic - we're always asked for feedback, the Lexion team always make themselves available to run us through the latest updates or give us additional training where needed, and they encourage any insights to implement additional features in new updates. What do you dislike about Lexion?

The document repository is a little difficult to navigate - at times, searching for documents can take some time, particularly if naming conventions and similar details aren't fine-tuned from the outset. As a new platform, there are occasionally a few bugs, and some features that don't have all the capabilities that would make them the most effective. However, by providing a bit of feedback on our end, means that these fixes are soon on the radar for future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great and much needed upgrade to our contract management process"
5/5
What do you like best about Lexion?

I love the fact that Lexion is a one-stop-shop product that manages both contract review and repository ends of the process with everything in between. The interface is intuitive and easy to use which plays a big part in overall satisfaction if, like me, you use it every day. Workflow automation has also been a big help as we focus more on tracking formal approval processes/KPI metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexion?

There are a few features that we got accustomed to in our previous solution that are not currently available with Lexion. One such feature is the ability to have draft messages automatically saved in a task in case you close out of the task itself. There have been a number of times where I've lost almost full emails containing my legal analysis of a contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Experience with Lexion!"
5/5
What do you like best about Lexion?

- Extremely easy to implement and iterate on intakes/workflows without the use of third party contractors. This is a massive competitive advantage vs. other CLM tools I've used previously.

- Ability to leverage the tool as Legal's operating system due to breadth of functionality - general matter management, template version control, negotiation, respository, etc. Most competitors focus on contract-specific functionality, requiring additional resources.

- Word plugin is super handy while working through contracts - super easy to manage version control and ensure updates are posted back to the intake.

- Template creation is crazy easy via the Word plugin.

- Licensing structure is great - the value you get for the price is an absolute no-brainer.

- Business adoption has been incredibly easy due to ease of use and variety of pathways to intake.

- Repository metadata via AI has been pretty solid so far. There are obviously constraints when dealing with AI, but Lexion does a great job to position it as a quick assist to capturing metadata vs. a set it and forget it feature.

- Constant system improvement.

- Reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexion?

- Wish that AI Contract Assist was included in the subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Better pricing on the e-signature pricing so that we can have our whole process under one "roof." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some features which are still in development compared to other platforms, but these look to be being rolled out soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Director, Corporate Counsel"
4/5
What do you like best about Lexion?

It's fairly straightforward to set up automations relating to agreements and to udpate settings relating to templates, automations, users, and other organizational settings. The integration with email is very helpful for keeping all information in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexion?

Some features could use a bit of refinement still, particularly those relating to filing completed agreements. There are a few things that I would like to have more automation available for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is very business user friendly--it's easy to customize and configure without a high level of technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexion?

There isn't anything that "dislike"; however, Lexion doesn't have a ton of "bells and whistles". It gets the job done but doesn't have any specific features that blow me away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent contract management tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lexion?

Lexion is easy to set up, learn, and use, and has many integrations with other tools that our business uses. It has become our legal team's primary task management solution. Our support representative is helpful and quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexion?

There are several tools, including Google Docs, that do not have full integrations. There are some "smart"/automated aspects that would benefit from allowing customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Efficient, and Helpful Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Lexion?

Lexion is extremely user friendly and the support staff is always there to try and make your life easier. They are constantly looking for ways to improve their product and stay ahead! Alo, the tool iteself is useful for all areas of the business and allows the legal department to do more with less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexion?

There isn't much that I "dislike" about the program. I suppose it would be nice to have a more robust task management function. However, Lexion is already on it! Like I said before-- they are always trying to improve their product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
