"User Friendly Contract Database"
4/5
What do you like best about Lexion?

I like that Lexion is connected to our Docusign and that most documents are able to be identified easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexion?

That certain contracts or documents that are similar can't be filed automatically into the correct category, This would save me hours during the week. Manual filing is an annoyance but it has to get done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best AI out of anyone, most intuitive and user-friendly tool that businesspeople and lawyers love"
5/5
What do you like best about Lexion?

Lexion's ability to scan and accurately extract fields from signed contracts (like party names, title, terms, and termination, etc.) is absolutely the best in class. The AI is critical to quickly organize a large volume of contracts with a minimal human touch and quickly find what you are looking for. While they do not extract as many fields as some competitors, the quality and the accuracy of the fields that they do fetch is by far superior relative to others and the fields that they focus on are more than enough info needed for reporting.

The Lexion interface is intuitive and easy to use, which wins a lot of points with businesspeople and is great for lawyers too.

In addition, they launched a ticketing system to organize legal tasks, which has taken off massively at our company--helping legal track metrics and tasks, as well as helping the business have a clear way to get in touch with legal.

They have an excellent customer success team and do their fair share of handholding in the onboarding process, which is much appreciated. The price point is also very reasonable and easy to sell to the business relative to value.

Overall the quality of the AI and the UX / user-friendly nature of the product sets it apart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexion?

Really not much to report here. They have fewer bells and whistles relative to competitors, but I love the approach that they have taken to focus on fundamentals that deliver the most value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jessica Nguyen of Lexion

Mariya, thank you taking time from your busy schedule to write this thoughtful post. Your feedback about the AI quality brought joy to our AI/ML team who work hard to train models. And yes, we're all about quality over quantity. We hear from countless customers (including my personal experience) that they chose quantity and ended up using less than half the features available because it demoed well but not functional, it's too hard to use, challenging to implement, or it's simply not needed. Thus they overpaid! Thank you for being a Lexion customer. We value you and your team.

"Lexion continues to exceed expectations"
5/5
What do you like best about Lexion?

We spent nine months reviewing our options for a contract management system. We had clear top goals: an indexed repository with key info indexed for all contracts; the ability to create custom index fields; high-functioning search capabilities (across all contracts); alerts and notifications for renewals; the ability to download contracts in bulk; and of course, all while being cost-efficient for the annual budget. We also had a few "nice-to-have" features such as integration with SalesForce, customizable file structure, and organization, contract hierarchy visibility, text highlighting for quick reference, among others. We realized that an AI-based system was what we were looking for to assist with indexing to save time. We focused on AI-powered contract management systems and narrowed it down to 3 top candidates. During the demo phase, I was impressed by Lexion for its instinctual design. It is incredibly easy to figure out and start using in a meaningful way very quickly. I was also impressed by the accuracy of the AI; it is highly reliable. However, I did not expect it to be perfect, and I was comfortable with verifying the AI's conclusions. All in all, we chose Lexion because it genuinely met all of our requirements and nice-to-haves without breaking the budget. I also resonate with their company culture, enjoy all my interactions with them, and can report that they have provided an unparalleled level of support since implementation. What do you dislike about Lexion?

Lexion doesn't offer front-end contract management yet, but it is currently in the design phase, and I am excited about having this as an addition to the repository that we wanted. I would recommend this to anyone who purchases Lexion: understand what information you want to be indexed by each type of contract that is important to your business before implementation. Document types can be customized with key info for indexing, and it is better to know your choices before your contracts are ingested rather than after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amy! Thank you for taking time from your busy schedule to write this thoughtful review. We also appreciate your ongoing feedback. As you can see, we listen and build it! We're also excited to show you all of the front-end contract management features (e.g., intake system, draft management, and contract generation) we've built that add a ton of value. Lexion has been good for contract management and very easy to use. The only issue has been sometimes contracts don't sync, but overall when it uploads, it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexion?

I do not like when the contract doesn't sync when AEs upload them so then it takes time away trying to get it to sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
