## Lexion Reviews
  ### 1. Best contract management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is an agile tool, very easy to use quickly, and useful on a daily basis for commercial and legal teams.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

No real negative points. Lexion provides a high degree of automation which we are fully satisfied with. Our suggestions for improvement are listened to and taken into account by Lexion. A subsidiary in Europe could be an interesting development opportunity for Lexion.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion helps us to quickly and easily track the life cycle of our contracts and generate alerts to the relevant teams.

  ### 2. Simple Easy Set Up - Great User Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria L. | Paralegal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

We selected Lexion after spending nearly 2 years looking for a contract management tool that fit our business needs. We had a budget but found some of the larger offerings were far too complicated for what we were looking for and quite pricey. Lexion came along randomly and we loved it at first sight. The initial set-up was fast. I submitted my documents (no spreadsheet advanced work done!!) to Lexion and once the system 'digested' the details and the Lexion team reviewed the setup parameters according to my contract style it was less than a week to see it all in Lexion. The entire experience from sales demo to upload and support follow-through, was easy, friendly and very clear. I started using the Lexion tool right away. My entire company now has access to documents specific to their function and department. They can view their agreements - orders in Lexion and haven't really needed much in the way of training. Some didn't need training and others took 15 minutes. It's simplicity is what makes it such a widely adopted tool. Any questions I had for the Lexion support team are answered quickly but also clearly. It feels like everyone at Lexion knows my company and how we manage our contracts. We selected Lexion so that a person using the tool didn't need to have a legal background in order to look for information on a specific agreement. It's nearly "plug and play" in my view.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The Slack integration setup needed some tweaking and I wasn't able to get it running right away but we have other system requirements that needed more work to make this happen. Our company is using Lexion initially for customer and vendor contracts but now we're addting partner agreements and other key documents important to our workflows. We chose to exclude employee agreements and NDAs just to meet our initial budget. If you use an e-signature tool like DocuSign the signed document will automatically load into Lexion once it's complete (which is a game changer) BUT if there's a document you wish to exclude from Lexion based on your you have to remember to exclude it othwersie it will dump in to Lexion. If you're intending to load up all of your agreements from NDAs, to employment agreements then it's no problem. It's a minor issue as I can delete it from Lexion if I like.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster access to contracts by all company employees and teams in the company which means less emails requesting information AND my sales team has access through our Saleforce connector. No more panic requests! No more stress trying to upload contracts, read the contract and extract the details. Lexion's AI technology does it for me and all I do is quickly review what it's captured! Due diligence activities have been a breeze. I can quickly search and download a report of all contracts signed in 2020 with a specific clause (for example) and Lexion provides copies of the agreements and not just the contract information. Lexion's AI technology is so smart it picked up a start date what was buried in another vendor agreement. WOW!!

  ### 3. The best of all worlds - easy collaboration, endlessly customizable, and great customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah D. | Contract Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I love how customizable Lexion is! Building reports for both tasks and documents leaves you with the data you want in seconds, and being able to capture the data points you want for each document type is really useful.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The only downside is that our senior management would like us to report on insights that aren't available in Lexion. I believe that the pipeline will allow for customizable status bars which may help, but to have a "back-end" Lexion just for admins with fine grain reporting in insights would keep our senior management happy.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self service for finding documents and sending out NDAs gives our legal team a bit of time back. It is also very useful for each of us on the legal team to have visibility into each others' tasks to respond in case of absence.

  ### 4. Intuitive, efficient, and making our lives much easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leann F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is incredibly intuitive, our business leads have had no problem starting and managing tasks. The layout is well organized, and the capabilities are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

There are certain capabilities that Lexion does not have yet (i.e. a Finance Review status) but I believe they will be added in time.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our entire department has one central location to review open items. It is giving more insight to our business teams into status as well.

  ### 5. Powerful contract management tool coupled with outstanding customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The interface is easy to use and understand, however, it provides a huge amount of functionality under the surface. We do not need to undergo a lengthy familiarization process, as most employees can interact directly with their email. We will be discovering new uses each day.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The product does not integrate easily with other e-sign tools. It would be great to have more options and differing levels of functionality. More pop-ups would be useful for common pitfalls.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion allows us to upload contracts with one click and then be able to search for certain key words and keep up with key dates. We are able to monetize contract renewals better and know exactly what our legal situation is in a fraction of the time.

  ### 6. Clean, easy to use interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is a good solution for companies with basic contract management needs. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. It's easy to surface existing contracts. The pipeline is clear and easy to use. And it provides all the basic functionality Legal needs to interact with Sales, InfoSec etc. on custom contracts.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The search results field is busy and can be hard to digest. We've also had some issues with notification emails not triggering when a message is sent on the platform.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a basic contract management system -- we have a small number of custom agreements, so no need for advanced version tracking, redlining etc. -- and Lexion does this and more without breaking the bank.

  ### 7. Great Workflow Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

We use Lexion for legal department workflow management. It's been incredibly valuable in helping us organize and track our work as we have grown as a Company and as a Legal Department.

We partner closely with a fast-paced, high-volume sales team, so being able to move all internal requests for Legal Department resources onto Lexion has been a game changer for us. It has provided essential internal visibility in crunch times for our legal team to organize, allocate, review and revert redlines quickly while also providing visibility to the Sales leadership as to where deals are sitting in the legal process. Lexion also did not require us to go through a huge change management process because it already worked the way our teams do - with easy email submissions and online forms. While the legal team may work within the Lexion App all day, being able to easily communicate with the platform via email has kept our Sales team in their normal workflow.

In addition, Lexion tracks the data allowing for analyses of our internal processes (turn-around time, types of contract, trends, etc.) that have enabled the Legal Department to become much more data-centric and data-driven. We are starting to use the CLM function as well, and so far it is performing as we had hoped!

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The team at Lexion is very responsive to feature requests and concerns. Over the past 6 months, most of our concerns have been alleviated via new product enhancements.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us organize and track the work of the legal department in a way that provides ease of use and visibility to non-legal internal stakeholders.

  ### 8. Using lexion has made it much easier for us to handle legal document requests and storage.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martha C. | Legal Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I didn’t have to do a ton of training to get started with Lexion. Lexion makes it easy for other teams at my company to work with legal - they continue to email our legal alias for help but we get a better dashboard and triage system and easy reporting capabilities. Integrations with our other systems (like Salesforce) made adoption even easier knowing other teams wouldn’t have to learn a new software. The dashboard is intuitive and makes it easy to quickly see the status of deals and tasks.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The AI isn’t perfect, but I don’t think AI is perfect for any CLM I’ve seen. With that said, Lexion’s AI is quicker and better than I expect and is better than I’ve seen in other systems I’ve used in the past or I evaluated.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

Using Lexion at first may look a little complicated, basically because it's not that common to use an AI for this kind of porpuses, but once you start using it, it becomes the best program ever. Definitely it is a lifesaver.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We took our time deciding to implement a contract management system because of the time and money most companies require for implementation and onboarding. We had also heard horror stories about expensive contract management systems going unused because they were complex and difficult to integrate into existing business systems and processes. When we finally chose to go with Lexion, we were surprised at how quickly we were up and running, as well as the rate of adoption. The task management/workflow side of things was operational in a matter of days, and our AI repository with extractions was done in under a month. Lexion has made my job much easier by centralizing the contract review process, and we received almost no pushback from other departments.

  ### 9. Best Solution to Support A Growing Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace W. | Legal Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion makes my job a lot easier. Because everybody outside of my team can work entirely through email, getting others to use Lexion was easy once they saw how much self-service visbility there is for all internal stakeholders. Running reports and tracking down the status of our agreements and workflows has never been simpler. In terms of working with their team they are very receptive to feedback and build features quickly!

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Being able to add followers at the beginning stage of a task would be great, but they told me that is something on the roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

Definitely consider Lexion if your legal team is looking for a one-stop shop for intake management and CLM, that's scalable and adaptable to your org.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, our contracts were stored all over. Google Drive, email inboxes, hard drives, etc. This made it practically impossible to know the status of deals and contracts, and it was hard to find contract-related information quickly. Lexion has allowed us to be a more collaborative, proactive partner within our organization. As other teams at our company are adding new tools, we feel pretty proud to step in and collaborate on how we can utilize Lexion to automate the review process for all sorts of legal requests in addition to sales, like IT and procurement. Lexion brought all of our contracts and legal task management together in one place, which makes it possible for our legal team to understand what’s happening and respond quickly. We see fewer pings via chat and email to ask "what's the status of this?" and "has this been sent out?" Our users get to take control and see for themselves which makes everyone happy.

  ### 10. Great Solution!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha G. | Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate. Lexion works through email, which, along with integrations with the other systems our team uses, makes it easy for everybody to work together more efficiently. It also made it easy to get other teams to start using Lexion, which is crucial for success.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I wish I had found Lexion sooner. It's made day-to-day transactions so much easier and has made the organization of documents easy and accessible for all users.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

You’ll be amazed at how much time you used to spend on simple tasks. Lexion is a game changer.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like any fast-growing company, we have a high volume of deals in various stages. Keeping the associated legal questions and requests can be a nightmare. The workflow dashboard helps me understand everything on legal’s plate and what steps must be taken to keep deals moving. No matter how busy we get or how many legal requests come in, I know that everything is recorded and tracked in Lexion, which makes it easy to keep everything on track.

  ### 11. The best keeps getting better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregg G. | General Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

When I was first introduced to Lexion, it was a great system for post-signature document management and storage, but they keep adding features that make it the clear winner for me in the space. Our entire team has become comfortable requesting contracts through the Lexion portal and we recently integrated Lexion with SalesForce to make the process even easier for our sales team. I didn’t have to do a ton of training to get started with Lexion. Lexion makes it easy for other teams at my company to work with legal - and we get a better dashboard and triage system and easy reporting capabilities. The dashboard is intuitive and makes it easy to quickly see the status of deals and tasks. Integrations with our other systems (like Salesforce and DocuSign) made adoption even easier.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Although the AI isn't perfect, it is very good. When we first engaged with Lexion, it didn't have every feature I could want, but those have been very quickly developed and there are very few holes left in the system. When I do find an issue or dream up a feature I think would be helpful, it is often dropped into the development queue. You can't say that about most software companies.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We took our time deciding to implement a contract management system because of the time and money most companies require for implementation and onboarding. I looked at dozens of options. After implementing other systems in the past that I had not loved, I knew it was possible we would buy a contract management systems that might go unused because they were complex and difficult to integrate into existing business systems and processes. As a GC at a fast-growing startup, we didn't have the time or money to waste. When we finally chose to go with Lexion because it looked like the best bang for the buck and didn't have an extremely complex setup process. We were surprised at how quickly we were up and running, and at the rate of adoption. The task management/workflow side of things was operational in a matter of days, and our AI repository with extractions was done in days or weeks. In fact, we were using the basic functionality within a couple of days of signing our contract. Lexion has made my job much easier by centralizing the contract review process, and we received almost no pushback from other departments. In fact, the word quickly spread through our company about the system and we were flooded with requests for access. People love the visibility it provides both during the contract creation process and later for storage and retrieval.

  ### 12. Easy to use contract and task management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Implementing Lexion was an extremely easy, quick, and smooth process (especially with the help of Lexion's great support team). In addition, it is very intuitive so you can start using it right away. Lexion has been extremely helpful for us as both a contract repository, and as a task management, tool. We can now easily search for and find contracts, run and create customized reports, and keep all of our contract review requests organized and on track.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Lexion is relatively new and therefore has fewer features than some of the other contract management solutions out there. However, Lexion has all of the core features that our team really needs, and it keeps continually rolling out new features that are exciting and useful.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When searching for a contract management tool, we were looking for (a) a repository to store all of our corporate contracts that would be easily searchable and (b) a task management tool to help us keep the contract review process organized and all in one place. Lexion quickly solved both of these problems. We can now easily search for contracts (and can search based on different types of customizable fields). We also manage the entire contract review process within Lexion (which helps us centralize everything).

  ### 13. Lexion Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff B. | Underwriting Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

It is easy to find contracts through the browse documents function. I like how easy it is to upload documents and when the auto-detect feature works it saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Using the search bar to find a contract is very difficult and pulls up way too many other contracts that don't have any relevance to what I was actually searching for. The auto-detect feature sometimes doesn't work and will have an effective date incorrect.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion is solving our contract management problem. This is benefiting me because I know where I can pull the contracts from as well as how to upload contracts which I was previously unable to do.

  ### 14. Out of the box contract management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael L. | Deputy General Counsel, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is by far the easiest to implement contract management solution. I only needed IT to link our active directory to get SSO linked. I was able to launch the system within my company through a simple email announcement with minimal instructions: email this new Lexion address instead of individual attorneys if you have a legal review/approval task. They took all my stored contracts, scrubbed them with AI to pull key data, and organized them in Lexion according to the file structure I provided.

I got overwhelmed with customization options with the other CLMs I implemented in the past. They all require learning new systems that most of my non-attorney coworkers would not use them frequently enough to learn well. Lexion just makes sense right out of the box. My non-attorney coworkers can stay in email if they want, or use the additional functionality provided by the Lexion dashboard. My attorney coworkers, regardless of tech-savvy, can navigate their tasks and serve as administrators for the system.

The only follow-up "training" I've provided is to reply to the occasional direct contract review request with "Please email this Lexion address instead of me." At this point, I'm confident that at least 95% of all contract reviews are occurring in the system. That high adoption rate allows me to pull reliable data from the Task Insights built into Lexion.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

My only issues have been tied to our multiple domain names within my company causing problems with user access. The Lexion support team has been awesome helping to sort out technical glitches, which have been few and far between even though I implemented the system as a beta-tester.
Lexion continues to listen to customers and make various tweaks and add functionality to the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

If you're looking at competitors, ask them for a trial account, or at least a live demo. My experience has been that they all have nice powerpoint presentations, but the user experience is much more difficult than you expect. With Lexion, I was able to soft launch with a couple of my more frequent contract requestors to make sure I wanted to implement Lexion for my company.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hardest part of a CLM is achieving a high adoption rate in the business. The simplicity of using a CLM that functions like IT help desk tickets makes it possible. Without a high adoption rate, you can't pull valuable data about legal workload and responsiveness. The high adoption rate also allows the legal department to confidently monitor the company's legal agreements.

The task management side also turned out to be great for handling legal department turnover. I was able to move open tasks from a departing attorney to myself and to selected outside counsel without relying on a handover memo.

  ### 15. Lexion made working easy in a way.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Coding panel with precise details, AI-enabled data is also correct to some extent.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

No filters to filter out documents and find the apt ones.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working on a client-based project with Lexion. It is easy to operate, and good for beginners.

  ### 16. Lexion is very simple visual wise and for its purpose (searching for documents). It is like Google.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven H. | Senior Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

It is very simple, fast and quick, and gets the job done in finding necessary documents. I think of it just like Google search, I use the search function often to ensure that new customers have new MSAs

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I don't see any or nothing that I can think of. The simpler the better, not too cluttered when it comes to visuals. So far I only use it to find legal documents in order to approve deals in Salesforce.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It ties to my day-to-day activity when approving deals in Salesforce, especially for new customers. I would look into Lexion to find if Legal has approved the MSA.

  ### 17. Great Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion has so many different integrations with tools that are already a part of our daily legal process. The ability to link these disparate tools in to one seamless flow is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

It is not always the most intuitive platform to find. Lexion is such a powerful tool, but it's not always obvious how / where to find the means to tap into / utilize that power.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion makes searching documents and managing their lifecycle so much easier. The ability to easily search and find exactly what you're looking for is such a life saver.

  ### 18. Lexion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Ai is highly intuitive. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. It integrates easily with a handful of valuable programs, including e-signature software, and helps with visibility for all teams involved.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The only downside I have found is once you've sent a document for signature via Lexion to DocuSign and later need to cancel that envelope, Lexion won't let you override the status of "routed for signature."

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a centralized repository for new legal requests, storing completed tasks, and even provides a centralized electronic filing hub for myself and my team.

  ### 19. Very happy with Lexion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Ease of integration, customer service, their willingness to implement suggestions to better the product. Most importantly, ease of use of the CLM itself.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Not much downside so far. The Word integration doesn't work for us, since we use web-based Word, but that seems to be a me problem, not a you problem. They did take the suggestion to be able to use cloud based Word, so fingers crossed.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making the whole contracting process easier, easier searches for clauses within contracts, ability to report data in a scientific way.

  ### 20. Easy to Use and Robust Contract Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clay G. | Contract Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

From the beginning the Lexion team was friendly and transparent. We worked with Jessica and Chase for the onboarding process and they were so helpful. They came to our offices and answered all our questions prior to implementation. The onboarding process took only a month and they helped up troubleshoot issues over email in the months after. Now we are fully self-sufficient. The Lexion UI is very intuitive and the solutions team is responsive to questions and requests for improvements. The Lexion Tasks function has made tracking contract requests much more manageable. I like the file structure because it's like dropbox but the search functionality is much better. The reporting and reminder function is also helpful. At first our biggest draw was how affordable Lexion is compared to the other contract management solutions out there, but we're now realizing that we're getting more than we expected.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I wish Lexion was more configurable with Salesforce. It would be nice if contract records connected to SF at the opportunity level. Right now, the systems don't talk to each other very well but I know the Lexion team is working on it! There are also some improvements that can be made to the user credentialling and user creation features, but again Lexion is proposing solutions.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

Go for it!

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contracts are much easier to search for and tag with important metadata fields. Also, my desk is much easier to manage with the Task feature which my partner and I use daily. It's saved a lot of time trying to find contracts. We're overall getting buy-in from our stakeholders and it's making our lives much easier. We're going to start using Lexion reports to inform our leadership team's decision making.

**Official Response from Jessica Nguyen:**

> Clay! Thank you for your feedback. We care deeply about the success of our customers so it was our pleasure to come to your office to work through the onboarding process. We enjoyed meeting you, good food, and also spending time with Watson the dog. Yes our seemingly simple solution has features to make your contracting life easier and we're rolling out new features quickly - I can barely keep up. Can't wait to show you our improved Salesforce integration. Cheers, Jessica

  ### 21. Lexion - Most Intuitive Contract Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The interface is seamless and intuitive. We’ve been using Lexion for over two years, and it’s become an integral part of our operations and a source of truth for all of our operational contracts. Lexion makes it easy to categorize and report on terms inside large volumes of contracts. It also integrated well with Salesforce, allowing multiple departments to view key contract terms and access contracts on Lexion through links in Salesforce. I highly recommend Lexion to in-house legal teams, big and small.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I have used other contract management systems, and Lexion is by far the best. There isn't anything in particular that I dislike. Instead, I have many ideas on how Lexion can be even better. Responding to customer feedback is where Lexion truly shines. The Lexion team listens to customer feedback and cares deeply about the customer experience. I once spoke with a potential customer of Lexion who was surprised Lexion made an update based on their feedback even though they hadn't signed on with Lexion yet. I was not surprised by that at all because that had been how Lexion operated from the beginning. They’ve put a tremendous amount of effort into making sure the platform is useful to in-house legal departments. It’s amazing how quickly and well-executed they’ve added new features and updates based on customer feedback.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

I recommend giving Lexion your feedback. They will definitely take it into consideration.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the primary responsibilities of a Legal Department is managing legal risks. Lexion gives us visibility into our entire contract portfolio that used to live in different folders and systems. Having visibility allows us to manage our legal risks by meeting our contractual obligations to our clients.

  ### 22. Great at managing contracts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert B. | Renewals Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion helps us manage, tag, and locate contracts. Speeds up our process and makes it easy to look them up amongst the many documents and contracts we have to manage.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The user interface is a little basic and could use a little improvement here and there. No big complaints though.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I stated earlier it makes it helpful to look up contracts and other related documents. It also syncs to our Salesforce so we can look up an account in our CRM and find related contracts.

  ### 23. Hands-off CLM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I really appreciate how Lexion automatically parses out metadata into separate fields, categorizes and files the documents, and makes the entire contract text searchable. We are a small but mighty internal legal department and even without giving Lexion all the focus I would like at times, it manages to do so much by itself. It is so easy to quickly search across all our contracts to find what we need. I also love the integration with DocuSign and how all our contracts sent by our DocuSign account are automatically uploaded, parsed, and filed in Lexion. It is also super easy to simply forward any email with a contract attached to Lexion, this process also automatically uploads, parses, and files any attachments.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I was hoping that we could train the AI ourselves based on how we edit the parsed out metadata fields (for example, the TM symbol often gets pulled into our contract titles and I was hoping we could train the AI to exclude those letters).

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since Lexion is so hands-off, it allows our small legal team to focus on all the other balls in the air as we have the confidence that our contracts are automatically getting captured, parsed, filed, and indexed.

  ### 24. It is easy to use and the support team is the best!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon B. | Contract admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Keeping track of our tasks and what status they are in.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Nothing that I dislike. It is working great.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Merging our two domain emails

  ### 25. Lexion AI Ticks (almost) all the Right Boxes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhonda J. | Chief of Staff / Director of Legal Ops, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The onboarding process was super easy. Configuring templates for document automation was an absolute breeze. The integration with DocuSign was simple. Working with the Lexion team was a joy.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

We were happy to be able to configure SSO with Okta; however, the user administration is not as simple and straight-forward as it could be and there is no ability to customize the e-mail invitations that are sent to users by the system.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion allows our legal team to efficiently manage incoming requests like contract reviews. We are also using the system to generate boilerplate documents for our People team, customer agreements, etc. We are also looking forward to implementing the new self-service feature for NDAs. During the next phase of our implementation, we will begin using Lexion to proactively manage contract renewal dates and to audit our vendor and partner contracts for key provisions.

  ### 26. Contract Management You Need!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim R. | Senior Director, Legal Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is so easy to use/navigate. I am totally spoiled even having a system, let alone one that makes my life so much easier. Awesome AI, robust search function, excellent dashboard - and now, even better Salesforce integration.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Adding users/groups is not as easy as I would like. You have to remember to go to the settings, versus having it on the dashboard. As an admin, I'd like to see that process improved, especially as users come and go.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the interface with DocuSign so when documents are completed, they are automatically 'filed' in Lexion. It also provides a quick review of the contract specifics, so when I'm asked when something expires or renews, it's right there, visible and easily accessible.

**Official Response from Jessica Nguyen:**

> Wow, thanks for the superb feedback Kim. Happy customers = happy Lexion team. We appreciate you choosing Lexion and I have shared your feedback with our product/engineering team. Stay tuned for a big refresh of our dashboard. We hope you like it. Cheers, Jessica

  ### 27. Very intuitive system that satisfies our needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

It is easy to use and has so many useful features. We get a lot of value from the repository and the vendor management tool

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

There are a couple of gaps, but I discussed with the customer service rep who said they are now in the queue to get fixed.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It houses all of our contracts where we are able to store them in an organized way and we're able to report on various aspects of the documents. The vendor management tool provides a standardized way to shepherd documents through the approval process.

  ### 28. Customizable and easy to use. AI leaves a lot to be desired.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion has a robust contracts respository. Easy to store and search contracts. Very customizable for inbound tasks/contract types. Decent pricing. Prompt service responses. Take comments well and regularly try to build out features and functionality to improve. Helpful integrations with DocuSign and even Slack.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

AI is relatively weak. Good for sales organizations and those contract types. Not as much for other types of contracts. Every week I find a contract provision that was incorrectly interpreted, causing some of the features like renewal and cancellation notification deadlines to be less than perfect. Oftentimes, the AI points to the wrong section or to an entire section of a contract instead of to a specific sentence or two. It has a lot of work to do to get to realize the promise of the AI feature set. Customer success team is not the best. I wonder if this is because of poor training in a new product due to work from home issues. Did a terrible job of explaining "Categories" so now I have to re-do that completely and it limits my ability to unlock several other benefits, including the Salesforce integration. Would be better if it automatically ingested all contracts I sign with DocuSign, even if the envelope is not sent by my company.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single repository for all contracts. Easily and efficiently tracks my contracts tasks. Other features need work to solve those problems.

  ### 29. Lexion - a super easy, efficient work coordination tool for legal departments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion has a great user interface, and they are continuing to make product updates and enhancements. You can easily set various permissions, invite business-side clients to use the platform, and use it to manage project assignment with outside counsel. It also can serve as a document repository for completed contracts, and it allows for tracking overall efficiencies (days to close).

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

From time to time I have encountered minor bugs in the system - things like the inability to log in. I don't believe they currently use MFA, which is something they might want to look at to increase security.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

Identify those specific goals for your organization and understand if Lexion addresses those needs.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a legal department serving a busy organization can be a daunting task - there are support requests coming in from all angles, hundreds of contracts are being negotiated and signed, and its difficult to handle project requests with outside counsel. Lexion helps to solve this issue by providing a streamlined online platform to manage the various tasks and workstreams.

  ### 30. Great Value Contract Repository

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam I. | VP, General Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I can find and search through any existing contract instantly. The Salesforce integration and reporting functionality are also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Some of the verification steps are not yet optimized for efficiency.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now have a comprehensive collection of all customer contracts in one place that are now OCR'd, searchable and reportable to quickly confirm our obligations and pull renewal information.

  ### 31. Loved the ease of use of the system!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The transparency we had internally to be able to see where our docs were in the process, who had what and track it from there.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I'd like the ability to be able to receive push notifications if possible. Email is great, but even possibly a text. At times, we can get some many emails that this may get lost.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion was helping us bridge the gap of communication with our legal team. With Lexion, we are now able to see who has what document and get a better sense of when it may come back.

  ### 32. Lexion is the right tool for focused contract management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason K. | Chief Legal Officer & Chief Privacy Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

* Multiple ways to ingest contracts -- Lexion offers integration with Docusign, a dedicated email address for signed contracts, and a few ways to upload larger sets of contracts. Lexion meets you where you are.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

If you want to jump into the deep-end with contract management--redline tracking, in-browser agreement editing, an e-signature module, and other more advanced tools, Lexion is not that, at least not yet.

But for focused contract management and now contract workflow management, Lexion has powerful, simple, and flexible solutions.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract management isn't priority number one for a scaling startup. So contracts get left in email accounts, or dropped in a shared folder. Accessibility and visibility can be a huge issue. And tracking important dates and milestones is virtually impossible.

Lexion helps create order out of chaos and understand your contract profile, catch the key terms at a glance, and never waste time or hurt your reputation by not having the right information about important contracts at your fingertips.

  ### 33. Great Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion has enabled us to keep better track of contract requests throughout their entire life cycle keeping our team, as well as others, up to date of the status.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Notification updates can be a bit too frequent on tasks I am handling.

It would be nice to have customized statuses for tasks rather than the default list as some are not appropriate or are redundant.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion is helping us keep track of each request, how long types of requests take on average, and keeps our staff informed of what is happening to their deal.

  ### 34. All in one. Useful managing tasks and contracts, while developing metrics for the legal department

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariel S. | Head of Legal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Managing legal tasks is much easier using Lexion, this has helped develop metrics for the legal department and develop KPIs.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I wish that users would get automated reminders about ongoing tasks.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now measure the speed in which the legal department takes care of business needs, and overall visibility among team members has increased.

  ### 35. Lexion Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Getting Lexion implemented at our company was much easier than I anticipated. Lexion managed the ingestion of all of our existing contracts into the repository. There was very little work we had to do ourselves. The support team at Lexion has been very responsive too. Any time we have had a question, they have been quick to help us with an answer—or engineer a solution.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

None. I like it a lot. Minimum characters complete.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our company has grown, keeping track of our agreements and what’s in them has become too difficult a job to do manually, at least with any kind of efficiency. Lexion’s AI and search/reporting capabilities make it easy and much less time consuming."

  ### 36. Cutting edge AI CLM, and superb customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy H. | Head of Legal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The AI parsing of key contract information is one of the top features that improves the efficiency, response times and other key factors in running our legal department. Other features that are very important include a sophisticated and easy dashboard for management and organizational structure of contracts, Salesforce and Docusign integration and excellent customer support.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Currently, we do not see downsides of using Lexion.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Lexion to solve multiple problems and achieve improved legal efficiencies. These benefits include fast parsing of key terms by their AI which increases accuracy of our contract repository, decreases workload on our teams and increases our response times across a range of matters/issues. Combined with Docusign integration, this means for instance that contracts are parsed and organized within minutes of signing. We further use the contract organizational tools and rights management, full-text search, Salesforce and Docusign integration, and contract compliance and management features to enable our legal team to respond quickly and focus on key questions with less administrative workload and to coordinate smoothly with sales and sales ops, finance and other teams.

  ### 37. Honestly - Lexion has changed my life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer D. | General Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

What Iike best about Lexion is that it was instantly impactful and continues to be a crucial part of our business flow. Historically I have been reluctant to try new software or tools. When I installed Lexion, I kept my existing system of record active with the intent that I would run both in parallel until I felt confident in Lexion.... this lasted not even two weeks. Almost instantly I saw the value in moving everything possible over to Lexion and felt confident that my documents would be secure and attainable. Lexion is also extremely intuitive, and you don't need an expensive or time-consuming implementation or consulting engagement to get started. I - by myself - integrated Lexion with my docusign account in less than 5 minutes. The more I use Lexion, the more uses I find for Lexion and the more I like it.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Lexion is a new product, so it is still growing its features. It does everything I need it to do, but I'm also looking forward to some of its new features as well. I'd like it if the algorithm learned from changes we make frequently, but I'm not sure that's realistic.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

Try it, you'll like it.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I initially subscribed to Lexion to assist with a project to review all of our contracts for assignment and change of control provisions. In the past, a project like this has taken weeks of time and pieces of my soul. With Lexion, this took less than two days and was drama-free. We now use the reporting feature heavily and are able to send contract expiration notices to specific departments, for example. Also, looking up contracts or specific language is instantaneous.

  ### 38. Lexion is brilliant and absolutely essential to our organization's contract management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Workflow task management system is useful for tracking communications related to specific contracts. The contract repository will also be vital to our search and storage of our vast database of contracts and agreements. The staff and executives are also amazingly receptive to recommendations and genuinely good and earnest people.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

There is no phone number to call support and no online chat function to get instant assistance. Additionally, contracts are marked as "signing complete" once it is sent through Docusign once even if the counter party has not signed. There is a workaround by creating a second legal request and merging them together but it is a pain.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

This program is awesome! Chase is the man!

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier to keep track of tasks through the Dashboard. Also contracts are automatically stored to repository without having to manually save signed documents to a separate database.

**Official Response from Jessica Nguyen:**

> Wow "brilliant"! Than you for this feedback/review. We appreciate the kind words and happy to read about the value you're provided. I must admit I laughed out loud when I read "Chase is the man!" I mean, he is. He's a good person and incredibly dedicated to ensuring our customers (like you) are happy and successful. Still funny to read it here though. Thanks for noticing how much we care. Cheers, Jessica

  ### 39. Lexion is more than a contract management system.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe R. | General Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Intuitive interface and functionality. The design was incredibly thoughtful and obviously built with lots of feedback from GC's. Lexion is simple to use and offers the powerful search and reporting and task management tools I need to succeed.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Nothing, except it wasnt available 10 years ago :)

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a fast-paced environment, wherein our legal support is limited, it is crucial to be organized, efficient and responsive. Lexion is key to supporting those objectives.

  ### 40. Legal Ops Professionals: Simplify your life!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim R. | Sr. Director, Legal Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion has a robust search function and true ease of administration when it comes to organizing our company's contracts. As a start-up, there are many, many attempts at winning new business, and each require an NDA plus whatever else comes after. Lexion has allowed us to streamline our process for requests, as well as store all our contracts in a manner that allows easy access to all users.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Like any system, I think the more you learn while you're using it, it becomes more intuitive and valuable. Setting up the reports is not hard but a slight challenge.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem of never-ending requests for templates and/or signed contracts clogging up my inbox! Lexion also allows for greater transparency throughout our organization - with better access to the information people need, without having to go to Legal every time they need it.

  ### 41. Lexion is quite useful for in-house legal teams.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Relatively easy UI, great to track projects.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Lexion has no discernible flaws that I have found yet.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Lexion helps the team track projects and quickly assess what needs to be done.

  ### 42. User Friendly Contract Database

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I like that Lexion is connected to our Docusign and that most documents are able to be identified easily.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

That certain contracts or documents that are similar can't be filed automatically into the correct category, This would save me hours during the week. Manual filing is an annoyance but it has to get done.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract database solutions as well as having AI technology in order to keep specific company documents and files in one place. It's helpful for internal legal departments.

  ### 43. Best AI out of anyone, most intuitive and user-friendly tool that businesspeople and lawyers love

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariya P. | Senior in-house counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion's ability to scan and accurately extract fields from signed contracts (like party names, title, terms, and termination, etc.) is absolutely the best in class. The AI is critical to quickly organize a large volume of contracts with a minimal human touch and quickly find what you are looking for. While they do not extract as many fields as some competitors, the quality and the accuracy of the fields that they do fetch is by far superior relative to others and the fields that they focus on are more than enough info needed for reporting.

The Lexion interface is intuitive and easy to use, which wins a lot of points with businesspeople and is great for lawyers too.

In addition, they launched a ticketing system to organize legal tasks, which has taken off massively at our company--helping legal track metrics and tasks, as well as helping the business have a clear way to get in touch with legal.

They have an excellent customer success team and do their fair share of handholding in the onboarding process, which is much appreciated. The price point is also very reasonable and easy to sell to the business relative to value.

Overall the quality of the AI and the UX / user-friendly nature of the product sets it apart.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Really not much to report here. They have fewer bells and whistles relative to competitors, but I love the approach that they have taken to focus on fundamentals that deliver the most value.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our major problems were finding our contracts, organizing them, and making them available to the business--all of which we needed to do in an automated and user-friendly way. I have a legal team of one, so do not have the bandwidth to spend time organizing contracts and really needed this process to be as automatic as possible. Lexion's contract management tool solved all these problems for us. Lexion automatically sources and uploads newly signed contracts from our company DocuSign account, saves them in Lexion and processes them via their AI. There is minimal involvement needed to file contracts appropriately. After contracts are filed, they are made available to the entire business (permissioned based on what the contracts are, so confidential documents don't get shared).

In addition to contract management, Lexion's task tracking tool helps legal organize projects and provides metrics and reporting on what legal does. It also gets legal the info needed in order to appropriately process requests from the business. Prior to having this tool, requests for legal came through email and Slack, there was no tracking as to what items were being worked on and insufficient information was frequently provided by business teams to complete the legal review. Now the business teams fill out a quick intake form prepared by legal that is appropriate for the project that they need, and we have all the information needed for the task, and all history is recorded in the ticket. Communication through Lexion or through email is all contained within Lexion.

**Official Response from Jessica Nguyen:**

> Mariya, thank you taking time from your busy schedule to write this thoughtful post. Your feedback about the AI quality brought joy to our AI/ML team who work hard to train models. And yes, we're all about quality over quantity. We hear from countless customers (including my personal experience) that they chose quantity and ended up using less than half the features available because it demoed well but not functional, it's too hard to use, challenging to implement, or it's simply not needed. Thus they overpaid! Thank you for being a Lexion customer. We value you and your team.

  ### 44. Lexion continues to exceed expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy L. | Director of Legal Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

We spent nine months reviewing our options for a contract management system. We had clear top goals: an indexed repository with key info indexed for all contracts; the ability to create custom index fields; high-functioning search capabilities (across all contracts); alerts and notifications for renewals; the ability to download contracts in bulk; and of course, all while being cost-efficient for the annual budget. We also had a few "nice-to-have" features such as integration with SalesForce, customizable file structure, and organization, contract hierarchy visibility, text highlighting for quick reference, among others. We realized that an AI-based system was what we were looking for to assist with indexing to save time. We focused on AI-powered contract management systems and narrowed it down to 3 top candidates. During the demo phase, I was impressed by Lexion for its instinctual design. It is incredibly easy to figure out and start using in a meaningful way very quickly. I was also impressed by the accuracy of the AI; it is highly reliable. However, I did not expect it to be perfect, and I was comfortable with verifying the AI's conclusions. All in all, we chose Lexion because it genuinely met all of our requirements and nice-to-haves without breaking the budget. I also resonate with their company culture, enjoy all my interactions with them, and can report that they have provided an unparalleled level of support since implementation.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Lexion doesn't offer front-end contract management yet, but it is currently in the design phase, and I am excited about having this as an addition to the repository that we wanted. I would recommend this to anyone who purchases Lexion: understand what information you want to be indexed by each type of contract that is important to your business before implementation. Document types can be customized with key info for indexing, and it is better to know your choices before your contracts are ingested rather than after.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within a year, we are already getting raves from different departments because contracts and information are so easy to find. Finance made a point to reach out and tell us that having Lexion has been extremely helpful for their annual audit. Sales can now find critical customer information easily. Procurement now has alerts for vendor renewals. On top of having all of our contracts organized in one place, Legal has already found the analytics reporting to be critical when it comes to answering typical diligence-type questions. I'm looking forward to discovering even more ways this system can benefit our company. The other thing to note about Lexion is that they are highly interested in your feedback and very open to suggestions. I can think of at least three things they implemented on the system after hearing our suggestions. We find this type of interaction and ability to have a say invaluable.

**Official Response from Jessica Nguyen:**

> Amy! Thank you for taking time from your busy schedule to write this thoughtful review. We also appreciate your ongoing feedback. As you can see, we listen and build it! We're also excited to show you all of the front-end contract management features (e.g., intake system, draft management, and contract generation) we've built that add a ton of value. Reach out to support@lexion.ai or me personally. You know how to reach me!

We are solving the problem of having documents living everywhere except for one repository. It's beneficial that documents from DocuSign can automatically be pulled into the system.
