## Lexion Reviews
  ### 1. Lexion - a solution that just works!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick L. | IT Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is very easy and intuitive to use, allowing our relatively small legal team to keep up with the ever increasing demand for contract review and processing.

The implementation process is also easy and straightforward, with a lot of useful out of box features that allowed us hit the ground running right away.

The team at Lexion is also very receptive to feedbacks and always available when we need support.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Not much to dislike about Lexion, usually any problems we faced are often taken care of really quickly.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion provides the end to end solution for our contract intake, review, management needs. Prior to adopting Lexion, contracts management was manual and very difficult to track and manage, causing our legal team to spend a tremendous amount of time to look up documents and follow up on tasks. With Lexion, this dramatically improved our process and our legal team became much more productive when it comes to contract management. Lexion also became our single source of truth for everything contract related, making it much easier to find what we when we need it.

  ### 2. Easy to use, new features and regular updates, strong AI, and great customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I went from using a 100% manual CMS to using Lexion and it was a night and day difference. Its AI is intuitive. One thing I especially love is how helpful the customer service managers are. They are always able to help and have implemented numerous suggestions that my team sent into their current system.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Lexion is great. The automations and flows take some time to adjust to.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion has solved our task management problems. It incorporates task tracking and the approval process into contract requests; I love the metrics and reports Lexion provides. We also love the search features within the filed Contracts section. It saves my team a lot of time when we review a contract whenever someone has a question about a specific term within that contract. The folks at Lexion are constantly improving and adding new features without always increasing the cost-- which is also a huge plus.

  ### 3. Simplifying complex work flows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DIVYA J. | Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

user interface is good , even people having minimum technical knowledge can use it

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Price is too high for small organisation

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every one can see the task assigned to them , how much is completed on real time basis, sending deadlines accordingly & then help in creating report indicating efficiency

  ### 4. Lexion is the best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is the best contract management system I have used. Implementing Lexion is a very quick and simple process. The system is very easy to use and their customer service is top notch.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Two downsides of Lexion are (1) there is no ability to disable users from adding signed contracts to the repository and (2) there is no ability to rearrange the order of documents before sending them for signature with the Dropbox Sign integration.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing Lexion, my company did not have a way to report on our contract data so the reporting tool has been very beneficial. Lexion has also given my company the ability to set up contract review request workflows and maintain an organized repository.

  ### 5. Lexion is the easiest CLM to implement and use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The implementation is incredibly fast. All of the pre-built fields and document types make setting it up very quick and intuitive. Our sales teams were up and running with it immediately with very little instruction.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

There are some features that could be better. For example, you cannot limit the access of who can upload a signed contract. We would like to limit this solely to legal or admin users, and that feature is not available currently.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion is helping us manage the intake of contract review requests as well as allowing us to search our overall contracts repository. Previously, we were getting requests from multiple sources, and the status of each request was very difficult to track.

  ### 6. Easy to use "out of the box"

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yumi L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Onboarding and adoption by my stakeholders was an ease. The platform is intuitive and very simple making it easy to learn.

Lexion also carried the basic features making a solo attorney working with multiple teams powerful due to the messaging feature, e-signature integration, approvals function, and dashboard for status of contracts (minimizing the amount of pings from teams).

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Lexion doesn't immediately integrate out of the box with Asana or a billing solution.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion serves as a repository of all signed agreements and helps as a status management tool of contracts in progress. It improves contract lifecycle management by housing everything in one place and by automatically detecting data in the contract to populate searchable fields.

  ### 7. Simple, effective, and great customer service.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is super easy to use, and is the perfect way to keep track of contracts, legal requests, and what stage each legal request/task is up to. Our small legal team is able to be across each other's tasks, so that we can be aware of various developments within the business, and the integration of AI features has been a useful tool to improve efficiency. Further, the customer support has been fantastic - we're always asked for feedback, the Lexion team always make themselves available to run us through the latest updates or give us additional training where needed, and they encourage any insights to implement additional features in new updates.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The document repository is a little difficult to navigate - at times, searching for documents can take some time, particularly if naming conventions and similar details aren't fine-tuned from the outset. As a new platform, there are occasionally a few bugs, and some features that don't have all the capabilities that would make them the most effective. However, by providing a bit of feedback on our end, means that these fixes are soon on the radar for future updates.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Improving time spent on tasks
- Increased accessibility to the legal dept.
- Increased visibility across tasks that other team members are working on
- Simplifies tracking documents

Ultimately, Lexion is assisting in the efficiency of our legal team.

  ### 8. A great and much needed upgrade to our contract management process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I love the fact that Lexion is a one-stop-shop product that manages both contract review and repository ends of the process with everything in between. The interface is intuitive and easy to use which plays a big part in overall satisfaction if, like me, you use it every day. Workflow automation has also been a big help as we focus more on tracking formal approval processes/KPI metrics.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

There are a few features that we got accustomed to in our previous solution that are not currently available with Lexion. One such feature is the ability to have draft messages automatically saved in a task in case you close out of the task itself. There have been a number of times where I've lost almost full emails containing my legal analysis of a contract.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing Lexion, we were using one tool for front-end contract negotiating/tracking and a separate tool as a repository. These tools did not integrate with eachother and a considerable amount of time was being eaten up just to make sure that the necessary information made its way into the repository. Our ability to track internal metrics/pull contract data was also limited in the sense that this information needed to be pulled from two places. Lexion has allowed us to move everything into one place and have much more customizable data that can be pulled.

  ### 9. Great Experience with Lexion!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

- Extremely easy to implement and iterate on intakes/workflows without the use of third party contractors. This is a massive competitive advantage vs. other CLM tools I've used previously.
- Ability to leverage the tool as Legal's operating system due to breadth of functionality - general matter management, template version control, negotiation, respository, etc. Most competitors focus on contract-specific functionality, requiring additional resources.
- Word plugin is super handy while working through contracts - super easy to manage version control and ensure updates are posted back to the intake.
- Template creation is crazy easy via the Word plugin.
- Licensing structure is great - the value you get for the price is an absolute no-brainer.
- Business adoption has been incredibly easy due to ease of use and variety of pathways to intake.
- Repository metadata via AI has been pretty solid so far. There are obviously constraints when dealing with AI, but Lexion does a great job to position it as a quick assist to capturing metadata vs. a set it and forget it feature.
- Constant system improvement.
- Reliability.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

- Wish that AI Contract Assist was included in the subscription.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion has solved a ton of problems for our team, including the ability to manage stakeholder intake across a variety of matter types, simplifying the deal process, automatically ensuring all appropriate business units (e.g. Security, FP&A) have visibility into a deal pre-signature and are able to log approvals that live on the contract record, single source of truth for company contracts (vs. being lost in Drive or email), ability to track and report on signed contracts.

  ### 10. Get up and get running

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noga R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is super easy to set up and get running- we were on Lexion within 3 days. Staff at Lexion are also great and take feedbacks. They also created an individualized video for us to help us trouble shoot.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Better pricing on the e-signature pricing so that we can have our whole process under one "roof."

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. We did not have any metrics to show what the legal department was doing (e.g., 50 of time spent on contracts versus HR issues) and what we were working on. Lexion helps keep track of this and gives us metrics to show our CEO. We also can keep up with our tasks within a centralized location. We track every single legal question, contract, HR policy in Lexion. We can show our CEO that we worked on 50 contracts in the first month- then 100 as the company grows and that we may need more support.
2. I also can watch over what my team is doing and hand out assignments better (e.g., new associate needs additional challenges).
3. We moved our whole approval process into Lexion- e.g., businesses cases are approved in Lexion. We did this because it was easy. I don't work on contracts that haven't been vetted.
4. We can keep track of when contracts are signed, when they expire and their terms. Teams can watch the progress within Lexion.
5. Lexion intake form forces our sales teams to actually read the contract before sending it over and hopefully spotting business mistakes so that we can make sure the agreement is right.
6. We know that people have approval from finance before it even comes to legal.

  ### 11. Lexion Rocks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The platform is incredibly simple to figure out, and the integration was a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

So far, I have not found any downsides to using the Lexion platform.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion provides an easy-to-use AI-powered repository that has the capability to allow a multitude of reports to be prepared with very little effort. It allows me to provide objective evidence of the work that's being performed by the Legal function at our company, and it provides a single dashboard for identifying the current status of all pending legal matters.

  ### 12. Excellent contract management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is easy to set up, learn, and use, and has many integrations with other tools that our business uses. It has become our legal team's primary task management solution. Our support representative is helpful and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

There are several tools, including Google Docs, that do not have full integrations. There are some "smart"/automated aspects that would benefit from allowing customization.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion is providing us with a central contract repository that is easy to search and form which we can easily pull insights. We also are using the task intake tool to manage the flow of legal requests within our business.

  ### 13. Fast, Efficient, and Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is extremely user friendly and the support staff is always there to try and make your life easier. They are constantly looking for ways to improve their product and stay ahead! Alo, the tool iteself is useful for all areas of the business and allows the legal department to do more with less.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

There isn't much that I "dislike" about the program. I suppose it would be nice to have a more robust task management function. However, Lexion is already on it! Like I said before-- they are always trying to improve their product!

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

(1) Organizing contracts-- legal knows where EVERY contract is at all times, it's amazing.
(2) Contract Analytics -- the business team is always asking for data from contracts. Lexion allows us to easily pull the data request with limited manpower.
(3) Organizing taks -- Lexion allows the legal department to stay organized and manage workflows with their task function. This greatly improves the deparmtents turnaround time.

  ### 14. Exceeded my expectations and was worth the effort

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill Y. | Senior Corporate Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Once you learn how to use it, it makes everything ten times more efficient and easier. Things are organized in a logical way so it's easy to find things and use the features to help you with your workflow.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The amount of cleanup that is needed after the contracts are copied over can be overwhelming. It's a very manual process but I also think that it would have happened no matter which of the CLMs we implemented.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The legal department is often asked for metrics (how fast contracts are processed, how many we've processed, etc.) or to look for how many contracts contain a specific clause, such as a price cap or aggregate data rights. Before Lexion, this required a very manual process of opening each file and reviewing the contents but with Lexion, I can just run a report and have the requested information much quicker than before.

  ### 15. Lexion Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I love the user interface. Lexion makes it easy to update the status of a task and also see where its at between different teams (such as Legal, business etc). One can change the status to reflect responsibility.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I find that it is difficult initially to understand how to upload documents. Also sometimes people cannot view tasks if they don't have permissions. I think the document upload process can be sorted and a way should be there for people to see the task but perhaps not make changes, etc.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps manage and track contract renewals, and comments from the legal and business teams. Lexion is also a store for all contract drafts so one can see the drafts as well as the internal chat where people raise questions and provide comments. All these are helpful resources for the company to see recurring contracts.

  ### 16. Implementing Lexion's CLM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I've found Lexion to be extremely intuitive, easy to set up, and easy to get my business partners using. Implementation was quick and smooth -- all of our contracts were uploaded within a few weeks and our metadata was analyzed. We have been working diligently to set up workflows, which enable us to auto-generate contracts based on our business teams' responses to certain questions, route documents quickly for approval, and manage the lifecycle of our contractsd.

As a team of 1, Lexion has made my job so much easier. First, creating workflows that can allow our business team to generate our most common forms has saved me from ankle-biting work. Second, the e-signing process is easy and quick. Third, the AI that's used to extract metadata makes tracking and monitoring our contracts so much easier.

I'd highly recommend Lexion to a legal team of any size!

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

There's not much to offer for an area of improvement for Lexion. Lexion is open to suggestions and appears to be building out new functionality that makes their customers' jobs easier. That is great!

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion is solving our end-to-end contract management process. It stores our most up-to-date templates, it allows you to set up workflows to generate contracts and route for approvals, it tracks your work and "to do" list, and makes you much more efficient so you can be freed up for other work.

  ### 17. Excellent CLM Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy S. | General Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Integration with email made getting others to use the system very easy, and it continues to be one of my favorite things about Lexion. Stakeholders don’t have to log into Lexion to submit requests. With any new system, adoption is always a concern, but we haven’t had any issues with Lexion. Implementation was quick and easy, and setting up the system to work with our business processes has been intuitive.

Improvements are rolled out on a regular basis and account managers are extremely responsive.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Would like to be able to have different levels of document access for "legal" users.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion makes order out of contract chaos. Managing our contract tasks across the company in one place helps us make sure that nothing gets dropped and everybody has visibility into task status and other information. The rest of the company loves how easy it is to find contract information and get answers to their questions quickly. We love Lexion.

  ### 18. Lexion is a game changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Having contracts in an easily searchable place is a game changer for our whole company.
It was easy to implement and get up and running and we've been able to roll out more features over time.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Nothing, it is the best tool for contract management.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion helps us keep track of our contracts, helps automate our contract creation

  ### 19. Lexion is the best CMS out there!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katia D. | Legal assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is a platform that allows you to increase automation within the legal team. The best part of Lexion is not just the platform itself, but the AMAZING support that you obtain from the beginning of the installation until the training about the platform to the rest of the company. I have never seen such a supportive company that really listens to your needs and never complains about all the meetings that we need to set up in order to clarify any questions that we could have.

So in other words, the best part of Lexion is its team and supportive and proactive attitude to help.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

There is nothing I dislike about Lexion.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation
Reports
AI

Lexion has helped us to improve the automation in our legal team. Likewise, I love all the features that they have in order to help me to generate complete reports and extract information easily.

  ### 20. Easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

It's such a seamless way to access legal

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Nothing so far - I've been very impressed

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in Talent and it gives us much quicker access to employment contract advice, reviews and changes from our legal team.

  ### 21. Lexion is improving daily and is great to work with!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The AI function has made my life a lot easier in regard to filing items. I like how I can quickly search as well and see language within all documents. The customer service has been great as well!

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I dislike the little bugs I have experienced. I understand it is a growing company, but some of the fixes seem like they should have been intuitive from the beginning.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have worked on solving problems with AI recognizing certain text for items that are not standard agreements. The benefits have been that everything can be addressed and is fairly quickly.

  ### 22. The smartest contract management software I've ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Semiconductors | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

AI-Powered filing function-AI can track the key data and terms automatically which saves a lot of time for filing documents.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The accounts function: some times the AI will create a new account because of slight differences like punctuation mark or blank with the exisiting accounts. I think this could be improved.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion use the AI to find informations of the contracts like effective dates, payment terms and etc, which I have to find them mannually in the past and cost a lot of time. The AI filing function really made my work a lot easier.

  ### 23. Lexion made contract management manageable for us.

There are some challenges with functionalities depending on whether you use IOS or Windows. Being able to quickly edit in Word is a challenge on IOS because the user has to download the document first each time.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion is helping us quickly track incoming requests, deadlines, and contract details, and help create an easy-to-use repository for speedy answers for all persons involved in the business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathy P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is an easy platform to use and love that all the sales staff can instantly use it as well.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The AI needs more training to recognize unique agreements.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a searchable contract repository, ticketing system, visibility into the legal tasks and date reminders. Lexion solved all those issues.

  ### 28. filing task through email push and reminders are amazing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jitender C. | VP - Legal, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

a) storing of docs in ease; b) reminders to stakeholders; c) office email in itself as it give ease of communication like anyother platform, gmail, outlook etc

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Auto reminder to the task submitter should be sent if the task is not active for 2 (two) weeks and even after 2 (two) weeks, if no response is received, the task shall get completed/closed with an email intimation to the task submitter. - this function is not available.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it gives regular email update on the task status, it helps optimize the time spent on the task by the team.

It also is useful for us in maintaining all the archive documents as a repository. Generating the work reports with realtime graphic analysis of the weekly/monthly task reports.

  ### 29. Things I like about lexion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel S. | Legal And Compliance QA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The way we can manage the tasks and requests that come to us allows us to give more specific follow-up to each of them, as well as change the statuses so that other teams are informed about which part of the process their task is in.

The notifications sent to the email are precise at the moment a request arrives.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

From time to time, the platform gets overloaded and you have to wait for the document review, as well as sometimes it has errors that do not allow you to select the checkboxes.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through this means, we receive the company's claim requests, through this means we can track them by conversation and by the statuses that can change.

Lexion is solving my problems storing software - everyone puts their contract in 1 place (no longer scatter important contracts on different laptops)
The Lexion Task system is extremely helpful for productivity - you can organize all communications & documents for pending deals in 1 place that is accessible to other stakeholders in your company

  ### 31. Easy-to-use contract management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion makes it easy for folks to submit contracts for review, for our team to search for contracts in our repository, and has many handy tools that make our lives easier. I also love that Lexion comes out with new features regularly that make me think, "How did Lexion read my mind!? This is what I was looking for!" We had a project this year where we had to search up thousands of old contracts-- this would not have been possible without Lexion. Lexion saved our team hours of time and saved us from a ton of headache. The AI is also super handy and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I have not found downsides so far. I am confident that if we were to encounter an issue, Lexion would be responsive and quickly resolve the issue (as they have always done in the past!)

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Lexion, our team did not have a contract management tool. Lexion has streamlined the contract negotiation process, has made our team so much more organized, and makes me confident that we are able to find what we need when we need it.

  ### 32. The All-in-One Legal Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren M. | Associate Contracts Manger, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is the best all-in-one legal platform -it's easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to teach. I started using Lexion under six months ago and was shocked at how quickly I could utilize the tool with little to no training. It's hard to make such a powerful tool so easy to use, but Lexion did just that. Lexion integrates with our other integral applications (Gmail, DocuSign, Salesforce, etc.), allowing us to create seamless and intuitive workflows for the Legal team and external users alike. Most recently, we worked closely with the Lexion team to launch their Salesforce integration to our sales team. The integration allows Salesforce users to submit, track, and respond to Lexion requests directly from their Salesforce Account or Opportunity, ultimately maximizing the speed and efficiency at which both the Sales team and Legal team work. What continues to impress me most about Lexion is the caliber of their employees - their dedication to improving their platform, their commitment to innovation, and their passion for wow-ing their customers.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Some of Lexion's features are better suited for smaller (1-3 people) legal teams. As Lexion continues to grow and innovate, they need to think about how the platform can expand to larger customers.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion is helping us improve the speed and efficiency of our legal team and how we work with our sales, procurement, and finance teams. Lexion's integrations with other critical cross-functional tools also increase transparency/visibility across groups.

  ### 33. Makes Contract Management Amazingly Organized and Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

This has been an amazing tool to help us keep our agreements organized. The word search and filtering capabilities make finding the needle in the haystack easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Really nothing thus far. This has been a great tool for us.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has helped us get our agreements organized in a way that helps us find them quickly and easily.

  ### 34. Efficient and Constantly Improving!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I like Lexion because of its ease of use. It's apparent that Lexion values its Customers' feedback and is quick to implement new changes.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

It would be great if Lexion could function as a full-scale CLM.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion helps to solve workflow automation issues within my organization. This benefits me because it helps to streamline contract requests and contract workflows.

  ### 35. Great Product Quality and Fit

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan A. | Chief Business Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Overall the product is excellent in quality and capabilities. New features continue to roll out that are relevant to the various users. It's relatively easy to implement and the various stakeholders are able to do it with minimal friction.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The data migration process was delayed and we ended up doing some manually to get the project done on time. Also, there needs to be an enterprise backup process that works with a well known enterprise solution (egnyte, google drive, etc.)

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the overall process of contracts as they flow from various departments including account executive, account manager, finance, and legal in a seamless way.

  ### 36. Everybody loves Lexion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishna W. | General Counsel, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The tool is useful for the legal department and all of our internal clients. We transferred from another tool to this one, and the onboarding process was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I don't have any dislikes because I find that whenever I raise a question to the customer success team, it is resolved satisfactorily. There are a few nuances that need to be made to adapt to the business, which is something that happens with every CLM tool.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion solves the problem of making contracts accessible to all stakeholders with actionable insights. This means lower likelihood of missed deadlines and costly auto-renewals or agreement terminations.

  ### 37. Best contract management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is an agile tool, very easy to use quickly, and useful on a daily basis for commercial and legal teams.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

No real negative points. Lexion provides a high degree of automation which we are fully satisfied with. Our suggestions for improvement are listened to and taken into account by Lexion. A subsidiary in Europe could be an interesting development opportunity for Lexion.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion helps us to quickly and easily track the life cycle of our contracts and generate alerts to the relevant teams.

  ### 38. Simple Easy Set Up - Great User Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria L. | Paralegal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

We selected Lexion after spending nearly 2 years looking for a contract management tool that fit our business needs. We had a budget but found some of the larger offerings were far too complicated for what we were looking for and quite pricey. Lexion came along randomly and we loved it at first sight. The initial set-up was fast. I submitted my documents (no spreadsheet advanced work done!!) to Lexion and once the system 'digested' the details and the Lexion team reviewed the setup parameters according to my contract style it was less than a week to see it all in Lexion. The entire experience from sales demo to upload and support follow-through, was easy, friendly and very clear. I started using the Lexion tool right away. My entire company now has access to documents specific to their function and department. They can view their agreements - orders in Lexion and haven't really needed much in the way of training. Some didn't need training and others took 15 minutes. It's simplicity is what makes it such a widely adopted tool. Any questions I had for the Lexion support team are answered quickly but also clearly. It feels like everyone at Lexion knows my company and how we manage our contracts. We selected Lexion so that a person using the tool didn't need to have a legal background in order to look for information on a specific agreement. It's nearly "plug and play" in my view.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The Slack integration setup needed some tweaking and I wasn't able to get it running right away but we have other system requirements that needed more work to make this happen. Our company is using Lexion initially for customer and vendor contracts but now we're addting partner agreements and other key documents important to our workflows. We chose to exclude employee agreements and NDAs just to meet our initial budget. If you use an e-signature tool like DocuSign the signed document will automatically load into Lexion once it's complete (which is a game changer) BUT if there's a document you wish to exclude from Lexion based on your you have to remember to exclude it othwersie it will dump in to Lexion. If you're intending to load up all of your agreements from NDAs, to employment agreements then it's no problem. It's a minor issue as I can delete it from Lexion if I like.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster access to contracts by all company employees and teams in the company which means less emails requesting information AND my sales team has access through our Saleforce connector. No more panic requests! No more stress trying to upload contracts, read the contract and extract the details. Lexion's AI technology does it for me and all I do is quickly review what it's captured! Due diligence activities have been a breeze. I can quickly search and download a report of all contracts signed in 2020 with a specific clause (for example) and Lexion provides copies of the agreements and not just the contract information. Lexion's AI technology is so smart it picked up a start date what was buried in another vendor agreement. WOW!!

  ### 39. The best of all worlds - easy collaboration, endlessly customizable, and great customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah D. | Contract Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I love how customizable Lexion is! Building reports for both tasks and documents leaves you with the data you want in seconds, and being able to capture the data points you want for each document type is really useful.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The only downside is that our senior management would like us to report on insights that aren't available in Lexion. I believe that the pipeline will allow for customizable status bars which may help, but to have a "back-end" Lexion just for admins with fine grain reporting in insights would keep our senior management happy.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self service for finding documents and sending out NDAs gives our legal team a bit of time back. It is also very useful for each of us on the legal team to have visibility into each others' tasks to respond in case of absence.

  ### 40. Intuitive, efficient, and making our lives much easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leann F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is incredibly intuitive, our business leads have had no problem starting and managing tasks. The layout is well organized, and the capabilities are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

There are certain capabilities that Lexion does not have yet (i.e. a Finance Review status) but I believe they will be added in time.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our entire department has one central location to review open items. It is giving more insight to our business teams into status as well.

  ### 41. Powerful contract management tool coupled with outstanding customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The interface is easy to use and understand, however, it provides a huge amount of functionality under the surface. We do not need to undergo a lengthy familiarization process, as most employees can interact directly with their email. We will be discovering new uses each day.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The product does not integrate easily with other e-sign tools. It would be great to have more options and differing levels of functionality. More pop-ups would be useful for common pitfalls.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lexion allows us to upload contracts with one click and then be able to search for certain key words and keep up with key dates. We are able to monetize contract renewals better and know exactly what our legal situation is in a fraction of the time.

  ### 42. Great Workflow Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

We use Lexion for legal department workflow management. It's been incredibly valuable in helping us organize and track our work as we have grown as a Company and as a Legal Department.

We partner closely with a fast-paced, high-volume sales team, so being able to move all internal requests for Legal Department resources onto Lexion has been a game changer for us. It has provided essential internal visibility in crunch times for our legal team to organize, allocate, review and revert redlines quickly while also providing visibility to the Sales leadership as to where deals are sitting in the legal process. Lexion also did not require us to go through a huge change management process because it already worked the way our teams do - with easy email submissions and online forms. While the legal team may work within the Lexion App all day, being able to easily communicate with the platform via email has kept our Sales team in their normal workflow.

In addition, Lexion tracks the data allowing for analyses of our internal processes (turn-around time, types of contract, trends, etc.) that have enabled the Legal Department to become much more data-centric and data-driven. We are starting to use the CLM function as well, and so far it is performing as we had hoped!

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The team at Lexion is very responsive to feature requests and concerns. Over the past 6 months, most of our concerns have been alleviated via new product enhancements.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us organize and track the work of the legal department in a way that provides ease of use and visibility to non-legal internal stakeholders.

  ### 43. Using lexion has made it much easier for us to handle legal document requests and storage.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martha C. | Legal Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

I didn’t have to do a ton of training to get started with Lexion. Lexion makes it easy for other teams at my company to work with legal - they continue to email our legal alias for help but we get a better dashboard and triage system and easy reporting capabilities. Integrations with our other systems (like Salesforce) made adoption even easier knowing other teams wouldn’t have to learn a new software. The dashboard is intuitive and makes it easy to quickly see the status of deals and tasks.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The AI isn’t perfect, but I don’t think AI is perfect for any CLM I’ve seen. With that said, Lexion’s AI is quicker and better than I expect and is better than I’ve seen in other systems I’ve used in the past or I evaluated.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

Using Lexion at first may look a little complicated, basically because it's not that common to use an AI for this kind of porpuses, but once you start using it, it becomes the best program ever. Definitely it is a lifesaver.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We took our time deciding to implement a contract management system because of the time and money most companies require for implementation and onboarding. We had also heard horror stories about expensive contract management systems going unused because they were complex and difficult to integrate into existing business systems and processes. When we finally chose to go with Lexion, we were surprised at how quickly we were up and running, as well as the rate of adoption. The task management/workflow side of things was operational in a matter of days, and our AI repository with extractions was done in under a month. Lexion has made my job much easier by centralizing the contract review process, and we received almost no pushback from other departments.

  ### 44. Best Solution to Support A Growing Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace W. | Legal Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion makes my job a lot easier. Because everybody outside of my team can work entirely through email, getting others to use Lexion was easy once they saw how much self-service visbility there is for all internal stakeholders. Running reports and tracking down the status of our agreements and workflows has never been simpler. In terms of working with their team they are very receptive to feedback and build features quickly!

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Being able to add followers at the beginning stage of a task would be great, but they told me that is something on the roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

Definitely consider Lexion if your legal team is looking for a one-stop shop for intake management and CLM, that's scalable and adaptable to your org.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, our contracts were stored all over. Google Drive, email inboxes, hard drives, etc. This made it practically impossible to know the status of deals and contracts, and it was hard to find contract-related information quickly. Lexion has allowed us to be a more collaborative, proactive partner within our organization. As other teams at our company are adding new tools, we feel pretty proud to step in and collaborate on how we can utilize Lexion to automate the review process for all sorts of legal requests in addition to sales, like IT and procurement. Lexion brought all of our contracts and legal task management together in one place, which makes it possible for our legal team to understand what’s happening and respond quickly. We see fewer pings via chat and email to ask "what's the status of this?" and "has this been sent out?" Our users get to take control and see for themselves which makes everyone happy.

  ### 45. Great Solution!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha G. | Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate. Lexion works through email, which, along with integrations with the other systems our team uses, makes it easy for everybody to work together more efficiently. It also made it easy to get other teams to start using Lexion, which is crucial for success.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

I wish I had found Lexion sooner. It's made day-to-day transactions so much easier and has made the organization of documents easy and accessible for all users.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

You’ll be amazed at how much time you used to spend on simple tasks. Lexion is a game changer.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like any fast-growing company, we have a high volume of deals in various stages. Keeping the associated legal questions and requests can be a nightmare. The workflow dashboard helps me understand everything on legal’s plate and what steps must be taken to keep deals moving. No matter how busy we get or how many legal requests come in, I know that everything is recorded and tracked in Lexion, which makes it easy to keep everything on track.

  ### 46. The best keeps getting better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregg G. | General Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

When I was first introduced to Lexion, it was a great system for post-signature document management and storage, but they keep adding features that make it the clear winner for me in the space. Our entire team has become comfortable requesting contracts through the Lexion portal and we recently integrated Lexion with SalesForce to make the process even easier for our sales team. I didn’t have to do a ton of training to get started with Lexion. Lexion makes it easy for other teams at my company to work with legal - and we get a better dashboard and triage system and easy reporting capabilities. The dashboard is intuitive and makes it easy to quickly see the status of deals and tasks. Integrations with our other systems (like Salesforce and DocuSign) made adoption even easier.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Although the AI isn't perfect, it is very good. When we first engaged with Lexion, it didn't have every feature I could want, but those have been very quickly developed and there are very few holes left in the system. When I do find an issue or dream up a feature I think would be helpful, it is often dropped into the development queue. You can't say that about most software companies.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We took our time deciding to implement a contract management system because of the time and money most companies require for implementation and onboarding. I looked at dozens of options. After implementing other systems in the past that I had not loved, I knew it was possible we would buy a contract management systems that might go unused because they were complex and difficult to integrate into existing business systems and processes. As a GC at a fast-growing startup, we didn't have the time or money to waste. When we finally chose to go with Lexion because it looked like the best bang for the buck and didn't have an extremely complex setup process. We were surprised at how quickly we were up and running, and at the rate of adoption. The task management/workflow side of things was operational in a matter of days, and our AI repository with extractions was done in days or weeks. In fact, we were using the basic functionality within a couple of days of signing our contract. Lexion has made my job much easier by centralizing the contract review process, and we received almost no pushback from other departments. In fact, the word quickly spread through our company about the system and we were flooded with requests for access. People love the visibility it provides both during the contract creation process and later for storage and retrieval.

  ### 47. Easy to use contract and task management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Implementing Lexion was an extremely easy, quick, and smooth process (especially with the help of Lexion's great support team). In addition, it is very intuitive so you can start using it right away. Lexion has been extremely helpful for us as both a contract repository, and as a task management, tool. We can now easily search for and find contracts, run and create customized reports, and keep all of our contract review requests organized and on track.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Lexion is relatively new and therefore has fewer features than some of the other contract management solutions out there. However, Lexion has all of the core features that our team really needs, and it keeps continually rolling out new features that are exciting and useful.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When searching for a contract management tool, we were looking for (a) a repository to store all of our corporate contracts that would be easily searchable and (b) a task management tool to help us keep the contract review process organized and all in one place. Lexion quickly solved both of these problems. We can now easily search for contracts (and can search based on different types of customizable fields). We also manage the entire contract review process within Lexion (which helps us centralize everything).

  ### 48. Out of the box contract management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael L. | Deputy General Counsel, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Lexion is by far the easiest to implement contract management solution. I only needed IT to link our active directory to get SSO linked. I was able to launch the system within my company through a simple email announcement with minimal instructions: email this new Lexion address instead of individual attorneys if you have a legal review/approval task. They took all my stored contracts, scrubbed them with AI to pull key data, and organized them in Lexion according to the file structure I provided.

I got overwhelmed with customization options with the other CLMs I implemented in the past. They all require learning new systems that most of my non-attorney coworkers would not use them frequently enough to learn well. Lexion just makes sense right out of the box. My non-attorney coworkers can stay in email if they want, or use the additional functionality provided by the Lexion dashboard. My attorney coworkers, regardless of tech-savvy, can navigate their tasks and serve as administrators for the system.

The only follow-up "training" I've provided is to reply to the occasional direct contract review request with "Please email this Lexion address instead of me." At this point, I'm confident that at least 95% of all contract reviews are occurring in the system. That high adoption rate allows me to pull reliable data from the Task Insights built into Lexion.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

My only issues have been tied to our multiple domain names within my company causing problems with user access. The Lexion support team has been awesome helping to sort out technical glitches, which have been few and far between even though I implemented the system as a beta-tester.
Lexion continues to listen to customers and make various tweaks and add functionality to the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Lexion:**

If you're looking at competitors, ask them for a trial account, or at least a live demo. My experience has been that they all have nice powerpoint presentations, but the user experience is much more difficult than you expect. With Lexion, I was able to soft launch with a couple of my more frequent contract requestors to make sure I wanted to implement Lexion for my company.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hardest part of a CLM is achieving a high adoption rate in the business. The simplicity of using a CLM that functions like IT help desk tickets makes it possible. Without a high adoption rate, you can't pull valuable data about legal workload and responsiveness. The high adoption rate also allows the legal department to confidently monitor the company's legal agreements.

The task management side also turned out to be great for handling legal department turnover. I was able to move open tasks from a departing attorney to myself and to selected outside counsel without relying on a handover memo.

  ### 49. Lexion

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Ai is highly intuitive. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. It integrates easily with a handful of valuable programs, including e-signature software, and helps with visibility for all teams involved.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

The only downside I have found is once you've sent a document for signature via Lexion to DocuSign and later need to cancel that envelope, Lexion won't let you override the status of "routed for signature."

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a centralized repository for new legal requests, storing completed tasks, and even provides a centralized electronic filing hub for myself and my team.

  ### 50. Very happy with Lexion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Lexion?**

Ease of integration, customer service, their willingness to implement suggestions to better the product. Most importantly, ease of use of the CLM itself.

**What do you dislike about Lexion?**

Not much downside so far. The Word integration doesn't work for us, since we use web-based Word, but that seems to be a me problem, not a you problem. They did take the suggestion to be able to use cloud based Word, so fingers crossed.

**What problems is Lexion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making the whole contracting process easier, easier searches for clauses within contracts, ability to report data in a scientific way.
