I appreciate how organized it helps me keep my client management and invoicing. The workflow library and time reports are invaluable, with the former offering excellent templates for new client setups and the latter aiding daily tracking of user time and task details. Their communication is superb, addressing my needs promptly, making the Levvy App's worth clear. **What do you dislike about Levvy?** I would like to see enhancements in the invoicing feature of Levvy App. Currently, I don't have the ability to bill directly from the app, which was a feature I appreciated in FinancialSense. The need to use an external service like CPACharge for saving and sending invoices adds an extra step to my workflow. If Levvy could integrate payment processing directly into the app, allowing me to make and send invoices as well as process payments directly to my bank account, it would streamline my processes and potentially eliminate the need for additional applications. **What problems is Levvy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use the Levvy App for organizing clients, centralizing invoices, and tracking time reports, which streamlines workflows and enhances client management. I dislike that we are not able to allocate the due date and start dates from the beginning when creating the workflow. As a growing bookkeeping and business management firm, Levvy made it easy for us to understand our capacity, to delegate tasks across team members, communicate with each other in multiple time zones and most importantly it helped, us in standardizing and systemetizing our core processes. As a fully remote team, we feel just as integrated than an in-person team (or maybe even more) and we are incredibly fortunate to have Levvy!
