**What do you like best about Leverage?**

Leverage allows us to manage the 1000's of PO's we raise effectively. It's automation in sending out PO's and capturing exceptions allows us work on what really needs our attention - we can make decisions on our Supply Chain in real time. It's routine output of update requests to suppliers means we are always in contact with suppliers about our current order book. The implementation/integration was pretty seamless, when tweaks needed to be made to the set-up they were actioned in a timely manner. We have made a lot of suggestions about how the product can be improved and it's always good to see these changes make their way onto the pipeline and into production.

**What do you dislike about Leverage?**

Not really a dislike, but it takes some time to get suppliers fully adopted to the new process.

**What problems is Leverage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leverage moved us away from the traditional email route of sending out PO's. We would send with hope that all details were correct and timely delivery was achieveable. The automated approach allows us to get confirmation digitally and help us manage through exceptions.

**What do you like best about Leverage?**

Leverage allows us to capture shipping dates and tracking information into our ERP system without the need for constantly contacting our suppliers and manually entering that information ourselves. By making this communication automated, it lessens the processing burden for both our team and our suppliers teams.

**What do you dislike about Leverage?**

There's a bit of a learning curve for our suppliers but this should be expected when asking anyone to interact with any new software system.

**What problems is Leverage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leverage allows us to bypass the burden of contacting our suppliers for shipping dates and tracking information by automating the communication. The time it takes to get this information into our ERP system has decreased dramatically while greatly increasing the accuracy of that data.

**What do you like best about Leverage?**

Leverage takes the tedious data entry off my team and lets automated info requests and the supplier handle all updates for outstanding orders.

**What do you dislike about Leverage?**

Currently, the promise date and what it means seems to confuse suppliers.

**What problems is Leverage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual data entry and info update requests are the two biggest problems that we are finding relief in the system.

**What do you like best about Leverage?**

Leverage allows me to quickly analyze where my orders are, when they will arrive, and if they are on time.  I used to have to open up bills of lading, packing slips, email factories, check with customs/port, email domestic shipping partners to be able to find where my products are and when i will get them.  Now i click a few options on their shipping tab and have the information in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Leverage?**

Leverage continues to dedicate themselves to improving their platform.  Any changes requested have been resolved or are being worked on.  My largest problem is that this wasn't natively integrated into my ERP when i bought it!

**What problems is Leverage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leverage allows me to find the status of my orders in a very easy to use graphical interface that allows me to spend a few minutes versus hours checking on the supply chain

Provided a great point solution to automate and efficiently track thousands of P.O. Acknowledgement per day.

**What do you dislike about Leverage?**

Right now it's my internal IT that isn't allowing us for real-time integration and just using file exchange processes.

**What problems is Leverage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am getting an additional 6 days of productive time per week across my buyers team by not having to manually process P.O. Acknowledgements.
