A problem within our organization was that it was both hard to tell how certain teams could work together well and what the best way to highlight an indidviduals strength and weaknesses in order to have them work efficiently were. Lever Talent's PI platform helped us identify these traits, group them, and have an understanding of how we could best leverage them in unique ways that gave each employee a chance to flex what they were best at. We are a very lean organization with little to no time for manual processes, especially in our hiring and recruitment strategy. Lever has guided us through implementing our pre-employment assessment tools, which is drastically helping us to shift our hiring approach to a more data-driven approach, without losing sight of still identifying the best possible humans to join our company.
