I like how Lever Talent helps us quickly narrow down candidates that are right for the role by efficiently managing the large number of applicants we receive. I find the predictive index feature most valuable. Additionally, I enjoy evaluating the way our team interacts based on behavioral assessments, and I appreciate using it to evaluate new candidates by their responsiveness and completion of the assessments. I find Lever Talent easy to use, which is great.
