Our investment in the platform has made the team feel valued and listened to, while enabling them to work more efficiently and with greater confidence. Complex meetings are secured faster, optimal times are identified across multiple calendars, and the built-in time-zone functionality removes much of the risk and manual effort involved in global scheduling. Smart Times provides a clear view of Partner availability, while personalised booking links make it easy for multiple participants to select a convenient slot. One Assistant captured the impact perfectly after just one month: “Levenza has been a revelation — why did we not find it sooner? It removes the complexity of coordinating availability across multiple time zones, creates an editable email addressed to the relevant Assistants, and even allows us to place calendar holds while waiting for schedules to align. What’s not to love?” **What do you dislike about Levenza?** That it was not around sooner! Only improvement which we know is coming is to be able to create an exported chart of poll responses to share via a link or via email? It would be super helpful as an enhancement to be able to share the full results, particularly when it involves 20+ people **What problems is Levenza solving and how is that benefiting you?** It removes the complexity of coordinating availability across multiple time zones.
