I had the please of using Leveljump as part of a global sales enablement for over 20,000 employees. The easy of use and embedded nature made the task at hand much more pleasant to complete than what I've been used to. I would highly recommend this solution for any Salesforce customers looking to accelerate their internal training (which why wouldn't you!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not dislike anything about the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most impactful thing about LevelJump is how user friendly it is for both the administrator and user. There's nothing worse than getting a tool (especially an enablement tool) that doesn't get used because of the user-experience.
One of my favorite features is the ability to link both internal and external content straight into the LevelJump platform without any major issues.
The track-ability is also incredibly helpful. When we were onboarding over 8 SDRs at one time in different cohorts, it was very easy to see how everyone was progressing through the content. It's handy to have a combination of both qualitative and quantitive metrics to work from when you're either onboarding an SDR team, or helping them level up / track their ramp targets via Salesforce, SalesLoft activity.
The interactivity of the platform was also incredibly helpful, especially when onboarding SDRs remotely. I found it handy that the SDRs were triggered with quizzes and feedback moments which allowed them to test their knowledge and provide the enablement team with knowledge gaps.
Using the tool was super simple. Within about 5 hours I had an entire SDR onboarding program slotted right into LevelJump which was previously on a spreadsheet.
Having it built straight on SFDC was also a plus - having all the SDRs in one place was incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would have been ideal to edit the program as it started vs recreating a new version. Sometimes it's easier to do a hot fix on a program vs waiting till the next cohort of hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I was able to get up and running fast. The tool is easy to use and my reps love it. Working with Sabina is a pleasure and she went above and beyond to help me meet tight deadlines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the UI on the admin side could be more intuitive. You drag and drop in one area but don’t in others which can be a little disorienting. Ability to edit or combine programs would be nice as your library can get messy quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Implementation was SIMPLE for my Sales Ops team. The bulk of the heavy lifting was in program creation, but we had a pretty well outlined set of programs to begin with, so that has only taken a couple weeks to get set up. The best thing about working with Level Jump so far is their immediate and thorough responsiveness to any speed bump we have encountered. Their CS and Product team are incredibly efficient and have shown a real aptitude for responding to our needs. The reporting suite is great and is improving fast. All team members (Jenn Reddick and Brandon Klein) are incredibly knowledgable and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been a couple issues that we encountered with benchmarking due to some product limitations. That said, the team was incredibly responsive and helped us to work around those without disrupting our launch timeline very much at all. Having a good idea of what users you want to use to benchmark and report on in the future would help you hit the ground running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Love the ability to incorporate links to videos, job aids, and quizzes to incorporate several learning methodologies! Great platform for e-learning with multitude of options. Self-serve for employees to review, revisit, and learn about any topic posted. Great for managers looking to ensure employees are completing trainings and see progress. Some videos are too long for some programs and it can be draining after too many. It can be daunting to see a 30 day program with tons of links. Sometimes difficult to focus and progress if there are too many videos to watch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's versatile for the intended audience. You can have it a full end to end learning or break it up in bite size, that's still end to end. The bite size allows for the end user to jump back and forth and allow them to use it at a reference guide, therefore having them reuse the presentation! Working with the Marketing team to put it all together was easier than past platforms used. Being fully integrated into SalesForce.com made it even better because it's one less stool for your team to log into (or not log into). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything about LevelJump has been very satisfactory and better than other eLearning platforms I've experienced. So no complaints or dislikes yet for future improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I especially enjoy the accessibility and ease of use that LevelJump provides, along with its interface, and content. Being able to share content in a social manner creates a community and brings my peers closer. I feel this is where LevelJump's true value is: The community it creates while fostering a learning atmosphere. It's an interface that makes it easy to absorb and share knowledge. I don't have anything negative to say at the moment, and am looking forward to learning more through LevelJump. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
self-paced environment, very easy to use and track your progress. it is also very easy to collaborate with others and learn on how other people in similar situations are going throughout their journey as well. it provides a lot in terms of content that you can use on the spot with customers in their buying journey. there are talk tracks, 2-minute stories, learnings, content that we can use in meetings with our customers. it is also very easy to track progress in a sense that it gives me what i need to learn and an overview of how long it should be taking me to complete each section. it integrates well with salesforce as well, giving me one dashboard and user interface so that i am not using two different browsers at one time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
not much to dislike but if there was a way to set reminders to complete a course/subject, etc. before i get the automated email from my PSO department, that would be nice! if there was also a way to integrate a form of video collaboration into the interface (chat with people who are working on the same section) in the off chance we have an on the spot question and do not want to wait for an email answer back from the TELUS Sales Academy. also, to navigate to the leveljump platform and around the leveljump platform can be a little confusing to a first time user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part about level jump is the capability to offer some feedback to our peers and also receive feedback from our peers and managers. In times where we can't collaborate in person using leveljump platform keep us connected and it keep us on the right track in our continuous learning process. Only positive feedback. I would recommend this to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Intuitive, solid Salesforce.com integration. The interface itself is very easy to navigate, the ability to sort by rooms is nice, and there is a simple process to record, re-record, and upload videos to mark certain training milestones. Once an item is completed, it can be easily revisited and remains easily referenceable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing in particular has jumped out that doesn't work. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. No fault of Leveljump itself, it just took some work on my internal organizations end to get me the required access to Leveljump, but once that was completed, I was up and running and ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoyed the easy interface and available options to me to track my progress as I made my way through each module. Other than the fact the modules are usually digested in small amounts, I like that there is a rating function after the user watches a video. The reason I say this is because I feel that it it is vitally important to provide feedback to the content creator. The comments as a learning facilitator are used to improve for their next video or elearning module. The email notifications are also great to keep a user on track. It is easy to forget to complete or check off something even if you did complete it so I appreciate that the platform lets me know that there is something not yet checked off for completion. When you compare LevelJump to other eLearning platforms you can see the difference. The layout and integration within Salesforce is convenient as a one stop shop for our learning. One thing that I think is great as well is the "rooms' to see what other people have uploaded. This is neat because you can take something from their videos and pitches and use it or learn from it. It keeps everything organized and housed accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There could be enhancements made in the area of collaboration between other users and the ability to share ideas and be social within the platform. If there was a better way to connect other learners together this platform can reach an entirely new way of learning with a pool of shared knowledge not only from the content creators but the users. Imagine if everyone was learning had a live chat to engage one another as you move through the modules. There would be a level of engagement unseen in eLearning. I would also suggest that we had a gamified element to leveljump. Yes there is a progress meter but what would be amazing is some kind of achievement badge board. Not necessarily a leader board as this is not a competition but somethign that recognizes the user has completed the courses. Lets say a user completes modules that fall under a similar category then they would essentially "level up" in level jump and the user can feel like there is a goal to completing the modules. Less on that we are told to complete the modules but more on making the user want to complete the modules and continue their eLearning Journey. The only downside is when the modules are too long. It isn't really about the platform itself but the best learning comes in short, digestable modules. If it is too long the user becomes disengaged with the material and that would essentially mean that the most important messaging in the module is not being retained. I have not yet tried but I think that it would be great if I could access my leveljump on my mobile. Maybe an app version would be my suggestion to access the content and learn anywhere even if I didnt have my work laptop with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about LevelJump is the accountability built in for completing onboarding/learning programs and tying that to results in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process for getting past sales teammates into LJ to do some baseline analytics was a bit clunky, but LevelJump worked quickly to find a solution for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If there are too many programs assigned, time bandwidth to balance with the regular job becomes an issue.
At times, there are technical issues such as inability to upload a video appropriately which needs to engage an administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy, intuitive user experience. Real-time data that can be used to make strategic, performance-driving decisions. Sabina is a GREAT CSM! Always willing to help, and more importantly, educate us on features and functionality, and gives great suggestions! Leveljump is a game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The way the dates appear! I know this is something LJ is already working on.
The data appears in percentages, I would like to have the ability to eliminate the percentages and just see the actual outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LevelJump allows us to target any metric inside Salesforce and build a measurable program/outcome towards it. It gives us the ability to visualize the full picture of what top performers are doing differently than B or C performers, identify those success patterns, and optimize rep performance accordingly. No LMS can solve for this which is why LevelJump is a real game changer for revenue orgs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In comparison to other tools the user interface could be better; it's not a sexy tool, but it works (and really well), so that's what matters! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how clearly laid out everything in LevelJump is. Easy to understand where you are at in a program, links to your study path to the videos you need to watch, and the resources (attachments) available for the trainings.
Also, of the many tools I use in my job, I am happy that it integrates with SalesForce. This way while I am in front of my computer, or on the go I always have access to my learnings, information and resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would prefer to have access to slides directly versus having to download them in the resources section. Sometimes, I don't want the majority of training to be based on videos. Sometimes review linked to more quizzes can be helpful. This way I can stay more engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Natalie is excellent - very knowledgeable, proactive, and extremely helpful with troubleshooting and training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to see more flexibility in terms of being able to modify a program after it's been published while it's being assigned; Also, a section where I can upload files (perhaps a library for videos and a separate library for files) would be great. The workaround now is creating a video tile which is not ideal. I'd also like to see the ability to create scorecards in rooms other than just the Pitching room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate that the information is laid on in a easy to read and straightfoward manner. The information is well organized so that people are able to quickly find the information they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no "search" button for professionals to quickly search situation specific information, this would be greatly appreciated in the future with updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The management of the steps and making sure i complete things in order. I felt that specifically with the C4 training it made me want to sell more just so i can see the Completed next to my Name :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly I was extremely nervous to submit a sell video of myself and had a lot of anxiety over it. but in the end I am glad that i mustered up the courage to do it. it actually helped me work on some of my fears of speaking in public. (ya so crazy since its totally not my personality Something about speaking in big crowds). So i guess what o disliked actually ended up being ok with. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was great way to learn new knowledge or as a refresher as the material is organized, and the tool is very easy to navigate. it's interactive and help to understand the key objectives and learnings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
a long topic with lots of material could be tough to capture my attention to read through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how I thoroughly I was walkthrough the product from the beginning of the Sales Process to Implementation. The entire team I've interacted with was knowledgable , and took the time to get to know our needs to help us better shape our programs and metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No dislikes! So far we're still in the implementation process but so far so great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to utilize and strong support services provided to us. Our success team has been great to work with and easy to get ahold of with questions - thank you both Natalie and Sabina. Being a new admin of the product, I found creating the programs and implementing metrics to associate with this easy to do and maintain. The simplistic, but holistic design is critical to our utilization - our team is also fond of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this point in time our only dislike is that there is not a direct integration with our video recording platforms to easily pull over videos. It would be very beneficial to directly integrate the two platforms to ensure continuity and one home for our end users would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the
