I had the please of using Leveljump as part of a global sales enablement for over 20,000 employees. The easy of use and embedded nature made the task at hand much more pleasant to complete than what I've been used to. I would highly recommend this solution for any Salesforce customers looking to accelerate their internal training (which why wouldn't you!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I did not dislike anything about the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The most impactful thing about LevelJump is how user friendly it is for both the administrator and user. There's nothing worse than getting a tool (especially an enablement tool) that doesn't get used because of the user-experience.

One of my favorite features is the ability to link both internal and external content straight into the LevelJump platform without any major issues.

The track-ability is also incredibly helpful. When we were onboarding over 8 SDRs at one time in different cohorts, it was very easy to see how everyone was progressing through the content. It's handy to have a combination of both qualitative and quantitive metrics to work from when you're either onboarding an SDR team, or helping them level up / track their ramp targets via Salesforce, SalesLoft activity.

The interactivity of the platform was also incredibly helpful, especially when onboarding SDRs remotely. I found it handy that the SDRs were triggered with quizzes and feedback moments which allowed them to test their knowledge and provide the enablement team with knowledge gaps.

Using the tool was super simple. Within about 5 hours I had an entire SDR onboarding program slotted right into LevelJump which was previously on a spreadsheet.

Having it built straight on SFDC was also a plus - having all the SDRs in one place was incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It would have been ideal to edit the program as it started vs recreating a new version. Sometimes it's easier to do a hot fix on a program vs waiting till the next cohort of hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Onboarding SDRs at scale: we we're stick handling a lot of calendar invites, multiple versions of spreadsheets, and had issues with version control before having LevelJump. It's much more linear, organized, and professional now that we're using the product.

Helping level up their skills in a manageable/trackable way: SDRs are meant to progress into AEs, AMs, CSMs, etc and need to prove a subset of skills in order to progress. Having one platform where we can track everything from metrics, to soft skills like discovery calls, qualification, etc is a great way to prove who should be promoted vs who isn't ready yet. Overall, it has great potential for performance management, although we haven't yet unlocked it's full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I love that I was able to get up and running fast. The tool is easy to use and my reps love it. Working with Sabina is a pleasure and she went above and beyond to help me meet tight deadlines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some of the UI on the admin side could be more intuitive. You drag and drop in one area but don’t in others which can be a little disorienting. Ability to edit or combine programs would be nice as your library can get messy quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ramp - new hires move quickly in the programs because they navigate a single tool through onboarding. They get to outcomes without being delayed by learning all the disparate systems up front.

Scalable coaching - the video coaching element allows managers to easily coach reps on different timezones

Cross functional collaboration - so easy to share my programs and build consistent experiences across teams

Metrics - it lives in Salesforce so it’s easy to get to the data I need without having to bother Ops Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Implementation was SIMPLE for my Sales Ops team. The bulk of the heavy lifting was in program creation, but we had a pretty well outlined set of programs to begin with, so that has only taken a couple weeks to get set up. The best thing about working with Level Jump so far is their immediate and thorough responsiveness to any speed bump we have encountered. Their CS and Product team are incredibly efficient and have shown a real aptitude for responding to our needs. The reporting suite is great and is improving fast. All team members (Jenn Reddick and Brandon Klein) are incredibly knowledgable and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There have been a couple issues that we encountered with benchmarking due to some product limitations. That said, the team was incredibly responsive and helped us to work around those without disrupting our launch timeline very much at all. Having a good idea of what users you want to use to benchmark and report on in the future would help you hit the ground running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely having a good idea of the types of training you want to deliver and how success is measured for those training will help you get started fast. If you are an organization that has a lot of internal training content already, LJ is a great solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Accountability, delivering training in a remote environment and reporting the impact of enablement on sales metrics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jenn Reddick of LevelJump

Hi Jennifer,

Thank you very much for your review! So glad we were able to support you in setting up your initial benchmarking metrics quickly, and we got some great feature requests along the way. Can't wait to see how those will inform your onboarding and enablement programs moving forward. Great advice for others as well, we believe at LevelJump that it's always important to understand what outcomes you're trying to achieve before creating an enablement program.

Thank you again and looking forward to our continued partnership!

Best,

Jenn

What do you like best?

Love the ability to incorporate links to videos, job aids, and quizzes to incorporate several learning methodologies! Great platform for e-learning with multitude of options. Self-serve for employees to review, revisit, and learn about any topic posted. Great for managers looking to ensure employees are completing trainings and see progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some videos are too long for some programs and it can be draining after too many. It can be daunting to see a 30 day program with tons of links. Sometimes difficult to focus and progress if there are too many videos to watch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Leveljump is a great platform for e-learning with multitude of options. It's easy to create, edit, and manage programs. The ability to assign programs to individuals or teams is fantastic. Employees can self-serve the learning programs at their own pace. They can review, revisit, and learn about any topic posted at any time and as many times as they wish. As a training tool, Leveljump allows managers to follow along the progress of employees and confirm completion of specific programs through simplified dashboards. Highly recommended for those looking to enhance their training capabilities through distance education given the current epidemic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Leveljump allows organizations to conduct distance training and education. Our challenges involved getting folks up to speed on the latest technologies and trends for our products as well as sales strategy without being able to bring everyone together into a boardroom for training. We realize the benefit of self-serve capabilities, having a platform for e-learning with multitude of options. Self-serve allows our employees to review, revisit, and learn about any topic posted. This is also a great tool for managers looking to ensure employees are completing trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It's versatile for the intended audience. You can have it a full end to end learning or break it up in bite size, that's still end to end. The bite size allows for the end user to jump back and forth and allow them to use it at a reference guide, therefore having them reuse the presentation! Working with the Marketing team to put it all together was easier than past platforms used. Being fully integrated into SalesForce.com made it even better because it's one less stool for your team to log into (or not log into). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Everything about LevelJump has been very satisfactory and better than other eLearning platforms I've experienced. So no complaints or dislikes yet for future improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

LevelJump integration into SFDC makes it part of your Sales' teams day to day at their finger tips resource. Working with the Marketing team to create these was easy and efficient. Highly recommend this as a medium for training and information sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The use of LevelJump allows me to be able to track the progress and activity level the session. The more traction, the more confirmation that what is being presented is useful and worth the investment (time and energy) made to put it all together. Furthermore, working with the marketing team to put these together is faster and therefore getting infront of the team faster with less time delay for launch dates. What do you like best?

I especially enjoy the accessibility and ease of use that LevelJump provides, along with its interface, and content. Being able to share content in a social manner creates a community and brings my peers closer. I feel this is where LevelJump's true value is: The community it creates while fostering a learning atmosphere. It's an interface that makes it easy to absorb and share knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don't have anything negative to say at the moment, and am looking forward to learning more through LevelJump. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend letting the platform do its job: Unlock your ability to learn. It's a fantastic platform built to help you succeed and grow in your sales career.

I find that in addition to holding all of the resources we need to succeed, it creates a community that you can connect with: Sales professionals across the company who are sharing the journey with you. You can see how they've applied what they've learned, what has challenged them, and what they have overcome to succeed.

In today's digital workplace, LevelJump fits so well in our sales journeys and along with our ecosystem of systems and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

LevelJump has allowed me to solidify my knowledge of PSO, and solutions. It has also allowed me to learn from my peers on the social platform, which is a huge advantage. Being able to do things like share 2 minute stories and learn from others, see others' wins and challenges, and how they've overcome obstacles in their sales journey is inspiring.

As I've used LevelJump more, it's become a staple to my day-to-day sales processes: Funnel management, strategizing, conversation planning, and overall solution knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

self-paced environment, very easy to use and track your progress. it is also very easy to collaborate with others and learn on how other people in similar situations are going throughout their journey as well. it provides a lot in terms of content that you can use on the spot with customers in their buying journey. there are talk tracks, 2-minute stories, learnings, content that we can use in meetings with our customers. it is also very easy to track progress in a sense that it gives me what i need to learn and an overview of how long it should be taking me to complete each section. it integrates well with salesforce as well, giving me one dashboard and user interface so that i am not using two different browsers at one time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

not much to dislike but if there was a way to set reminders to complete a course/subject, etc. before i get the automated email from my PSO department, that would be nice! if there was also a way to integrate a form of video collaboration into the interface (chat with people who are working on the same section) in the off chance we have an on the spot question and do not want to wait for an email answer back from the TELUS Sales Academy. also, to navigate to the leveljump platform and around the leveljump platform can be a little confusing to a first time user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

great platform to user overall. would highly recommend using it as it is very user friendly and quite self intuitive. very valuable for me when starting out in a large enterprise organization and becoming familiar with talk tracks, products, positioning, contacts for support, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

how to approach customers with TELUS offerings and how to have intelligent conversations with my contacts. i am able to have better conversations with my customers and listen for certain triggers to guide down a conversation path. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The best part about level jump is the capability to offer some feedback to our peers and also receive feedback from our peers and managers. In times where we can't collaborate in person using leveljump platform keep us connected and it keep us on the right track in our continuous learning process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Only positive feedback. I would recommend this to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Go ahead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time management is key to succeed as a salesperson the more time I spend with my customers the more revenues will be generated. LevelJump empower us to do our training on our own time wether it is early in the morning or late night once the kids are asleep. Mobility is definetly a big on as well, sometimes I am at an appointment and rather than scroll around on facebook I can easily train and improve my skill set. Collaboration is another important aspect of LevelJump it is easy for a manager to review and asses the evolution of his team and therefor focus his coaching on the elements that matters most even in time of COVID with 100% telework. What do you like best?

Intuitive, solid Salesforce.com integration. The interface itself is very easy to navigate, the ability to sort by rooms is nice, and there is a simple process to record, re-record, and upload videos to mark certain training milestones. Once an item is completed, it can be easily revisited and remains easily referenceable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing in particular has jumped out that doesn't work. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. No fault of Leveljump itself, it just took some work on my internal organizations end to get me the required access to Leveljump, but once that was completed, I was up and running and ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's a useful tool that is easily accessible through it's integration in Salesforce.com. I'm logged into SFDC for effectively my entire day, so at any point I can revisit some of my own previous uploads, or search through a very healthy library of user-submitted uploads from different members of my team across different verticals, which is a time saver. If I'm interested, I also have access to a learning library that expands holistically throughout the organization, which allows me to educate myself on some of the verticals and silos that I would not otherwise have visibility into, which help to round my overall approach to my own role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am working on fleshing out my organizational knowledge, as well as working on product knowledge specifically. It's acted as a good repository, something I can revisit for necessary information. The video component is smooth and easy to navigate as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I enjoyed the easy interface and available options to me to track my progress as I made my way through each module. Other than the fact the modules are usually digested in small amounts, I like that there is a rating function after the user watches a video. The reason I say this is because I feel that it it is vitally important to provide feedback to the content creator. The comments as a learning facilitator are used to improve for their next video or elearning module. The email notifications are also great to keep a user on track. It is easy to forget to complete or check off something even if you did complete it so I appreciate that the platform lets me know that there is something not yet checked off for completion. When you compare LevelJump to other eLearning platforms you can see the difference. The layout and integration within Salesforce is convenient as a one stop shop for our learning. One thing that I think is great as well is the "rooms' to see what other people have uploaded. This is neat because you can take something from their videos and pitches and use it or learn from it. It keeps everything organized and housed accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There could be enhancements made in the area of collaboration between other users and the ability to share ideas and be social within the platform. If there was a better way to connect other learners together this platform can reach an entirely new way of learning with a pool of shared knowledge not only from the content creators but the users. Imagine if everyone was learning had a live chat to engage one another as you move through the modules. There would be a level of engagement unseen in eLearning. I would also suggest that we had a gamified element to leveljump. Yes there is a progress meter but what would be amazing is some kind of achievement badge board. Not necessarily a leader board as this is not a competition but somethign that recognizes the user has completed the courses. Lets say a user completes modules that fall under a similar category then they would essentially "level up" in level jump and the user can feel like there is a goal to completing the modules. Less on that we are told to complete the modules but more on making the user want to complete the modules and continue their eLearning Journey. The only downside is when the modules are too long. It isn't really about the platform itself but the best learning comes in short, digestable modules. If it is too long the user becomes disengaged with the material and that would essentially mean that the most important messaging in the module is not being retained. I have not yet tried but I think that it would be great if I could access my leveljump on my mobile. Maybe an app version would be my suggestion to access the content and learn anywhere even if I didnt have my work laptop with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be open to learning. Be flexible and make time in your schedule to complete the modules that you are responsible to complete. Make sure you provide quality feedback for your learning facilitators. Don't jus give everyone 5 Stars after watching a module because it only makes them better for the future content they create for your organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Staying on top of the product knowledge is important. In an evolving landscape of technology it is easy to fall behind and not be current with the knowledge that our competitors are aware of. LevelJump benefits the user by giving them a platform where they can learn at their own pace but still keeps them on track. Everything counts in staying ahead of your competition. LevelJump has allowed me to balance the way I learn and work. I think that it is extremely important to set deadlines but also that you are digesting the information. It is great that the user can go back in even after completing a module to learn or re-learn the material. Sometimes it requires a few times to really absorb the messaging but LevelJump makes it easy to go back and then pick up where you left off to progress to the next module. My peers and I both agree that LevelJump helps us with certain processes and enablement. We have collectively discussed how the training really helped with our on boarding and getting up to speed with what was required from us as we transitioned roles within the organization. As I progress within TELUS, I hope to use LevelJump as a means to develop my Coaching skills. I would like additional content not just sent to me from within TELUS but also additional resources and courses that are available to the user to take. Recommendations based on likes and interests would be great to explore and take on additional learnings and courses as I see fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of execution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

If there are too many programs assigned, time bandwidth to balance with the regular job becomes an issue.

At times, there are technical issues such as inability to upload a video appropriately which needs to engage an administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Problems solved are really getting the appropriate training from product to organizational best practices. WIth some of the product training, the sales positioning was of great value.

Easy, intuitive user experience. Real-time data that can be used to make strategic, performance-driving decisions. Sabina is a GREAT CSM! Always willing to help, and more importantly, educate us on features and functionality, and gives great suggestions! Leveljump is a game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The way the dates appear! I know this is something LJ is already working on.

The data appears in percentages, I would like to have the ability to eliminate the percentages and just see the actual outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

DO IT! I haven't used a tool quite like Leveljump and continue to be amazed with its benefits. The support is also top notch. Our dedicated CSM is patient, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Performance gaps, performance trends, manager accountability. The level of data and the visibility we have allows us to tell a story quickly. Our managers also have access to more quickly address seller performance gaps. We will also use Leveljump as part of our new hire onboarding tool to better collect data and identify trends with new hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

LevelJump allows us to target any metric inside Salesforce and build a measurable program/outcome towards it. It gives us the ability to visualize the full picture of what top performers are doing differently than B or C performers, identify those success patterns, and optimize rep performance accordingly. No LMS can solve for this which is why LevelJump is a real game changer for revenue orgs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

In comparison to other tools the user interface could be better; it's not a sexy tool, but it works (and really well), so that's what matters! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We need the data to understand which programs are driving the right revenue outcomes, which ones are not, and optimize Sales Enablement programs accordingly.

We need to tie Enablement efforts to revenue, optimizations are done based on assumptions and hypotheses - and with significant time waste.

We're currently in the implementation phase. After launch, I will share how benefits have been realized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like how clearly laid out everything in LevelJump is. Easy to understand where you are at in a program, links to your study path to the videos you need to watch, and the resources (attachments) available for the trainings.

Also, of the many tools I use in my job, I am happy that it integrates with SalesForce. This way while I am in front of my computer, or on the go I always have access to my learnings, information and resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I would prefer to have access to slides directly versus having to download them in the resources section. Sometimes, I don't want the majority of training to be based on videos. Sometimes review linked to more quizzes can be helpful. This way I can stay more engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My recommendations would be that you ensure you keep on top of your progress, and use it as a hub for data and information you need to be successful in your job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is a constant one stop shop for everything I want to view and revisit on a regular basis. I am able to pull up anything I need to reference for either myself or a customer with a few clicks of the buttons. The fact that it is a central repository for a lot of information it awesome. I never need to go into my personal storage drive at work in the event I need to search something quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Natalie is excellent - very knowledgeable, proactive, and extremely helpful with troubleshooting and training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I'd like to see more flexibility in terms of being able to modify a program after it's been published while it's being assigned; Also, a section where I can upload files (perhaps a library for videos and a separate library for files) would be great. The workaround now is creating a video tile which is not ideal. I'd also like to see the ability to create scorecards in rooms other than just the Pitching room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's definitely a great coaching/training platform. If you are looking for something that's simple to use and great customer service then consider LJ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, I'm using LJ to build out onboarding programs for all LOBs and I find the scorecards helpful for providing feedback. The ability to provide ratings and feedback directly in the program itself is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I appreciate that the information is laid on in a easy to read and straightfoward manner. The information is well organized so that people are able to quickly find the information they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There is no "search" button for professionals to quickly search situation specific information, this would be greatly appreciated in the future with updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take your time to learn how the courses flow, this prevents you from jumping ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No immediate problems past the occasional issue with loading it through VMware but it can freeze my chrome browser intermittently. It is great to quickly read through courses or to learn information in a cascading manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The management of the steps and making sure i complete things in order. I felt that specifically with the C4 training it made me want to sell more just so i can see the Completed next to my Name :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Honestly I was extremely nervous to submit a sell video of myself and had a lot of anxiety over it. but in the end I am glad that i mustered up the courage to do it. it actually helped me work on some of my fears of speaking in public. (ya so crazy since its totally not my personality Something about speaking in big crowds). So i guess what o disliked actually ended up being ok with. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like how I thoroughly I was walkthrough the product from the beginning of the Sales Process to Implementation. The entire team I've interacted with was knowledgable , and took the time to get to know our needs to help us better shape our programs and metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

No dislikes! So far we're still in the implementation process but so far so great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My only advice to others is to have a dedicated SFDC Admin when implementing LevelJump, even setting up new users ( adding licensing/ permission sets) could seem intimidating to non-tech savvy users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

LevelJump is helping us combine program learning with Sales Milestones so we can tie these to Sales enablement KPIS. We have evaluated competitors to LevelJump before meeting with them and LevelJump has provided the most robust product to accomplish this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Easy to utilize and strong support services provided to us. Our success team has been great to work with and easy to get ahold of with questions - thank you both Natalie and Sabina. Being a new admin of the product, I found creating the programs and implementing metrics to associate with this easy to do and maintain. The simplistic, but holistic design is critical to our utilization - our team is also fond of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

At this point in time our only dislike is that there is not a direct integration with our video recording platforms to easily pull over videos. It would be very beneficial to directly integrate the two platforms to ensure continuity and one home for our end users would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Reach out, and connect with them! Even if just for a consultation it's worth it. The team is very easy to work with, and out of the three organization's I've worked with this has made onboarding a breeze for standardization and assessing progress for both new members and existing members competency on new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Onboarding! This has made this so much easier for our team, and we can quickly add segments in the program where we found gaps from our new employees insights.

We've also been able to test our existing employees on new product features that have been released to ensure competency across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
