There are many features I like about Alert Logic MDR. Still, some of my favorites include the comprehensive log collections, analysis, correlation capabilities, deep security visibility across the entire environment and deployment detection.

What do you dislike about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

I don't like its lack of customization options and limited reporting capabilities. For me, these disadvantages are outweighed by the benefits of its managed services and its integrations with other security tools.

Alert Logic software is easy to use and customizable to fit my specific needs. I like that I can set up alerts for events I allow, and the software provides detailed information about them.

The customer support is excellent, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes.

It is a reliable software and has never failed to send me an alert when an event has occurred.
