"Best SIEM/SOC I've ever used"
5/5
What do you like best about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

Alert Logic MDR has been a game-changer for us. The 24/7 monitoring and real-time threat detection give us peace of mind, knowing our environment is always protected. The ease of deployment and integration with our existing systems made the transition seamless. We especially appreciate the rapid incident response and detailed remediation guidance from their SOC team. It's a cost-effective way to access top-tier security expertise without having to build everything in-house. Plus, the compliance support has been invaluable in meeting our regulatory requirements. Overall, it's a solid, scalable solution that we highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

While Alert Logic MDR has been effective for our security needs, there are a few things we wish were better. The system sometimes generates too many alerts, including false positives, which can be overwhelming. Customizing alerts and reports to fit our specific needs isn’t as flexible as we’d like. Integrating with some of our unique tools has also been a bit tricky. We’ve noticed that response times for non-critical issues can be slower than we’d prefer. The cost can add up, and the user interface could use a refresh to make it more intuitive. Overall, it’s a strong solution, but there’s room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Alert Logic MDR great solution for most"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

What I really like about Alert Logic MDR is how it offers a complete, worry-free security solution. It covers all the bases, whether you’re running on-premises, in the cloud, or a bit of both, which is a huge relief if your infrastructure is all over the place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

One thing that might be a bit frustrating about Alert Logic MDR is the cost. While you do get a lot of value with the comprehensive coverage and expert support, the pricing can feel a bit steep, especially if you’re a smaller business or working with a tight budget. It’s something to weigh carefully if cost is a major factor for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Product Marketing of LevelBlue MDR / MXDR

"AlertLogic by Fortra"
4/5
What do you like best about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

The console is deep. It allows the admin to customize to a very fine degree. This tuning and customization is not just through the console, but also through the dedicated SOC who i have found to be very quick to respond and willing to advise and make changes on your behalf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

It takes a some time and effort to get your account and system dialed in. If you are looking for a turn key set and forget solution, AlertLogic may not be for you. That said, once you have put in the time and effort, the results are worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Alert Logic Managed Detection and Response"

What do you like best about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

The new Incident response page indicates which MITRE is being addressed. When Alert Logic escalates an Event to High or Critical, they reach out by phone and email. The new Investigate Health feature is quite useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

The internal scanning takes quite a while to complete. However, internal scanning does not complete in a timely fashion. In a large deployment, one must be sure to have multiple VM IDS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saves us from building our own SOC"
4/5
What do you like best about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

I like the easy-to-use dashboard. While it provides a high-level overview of our security incidents, we are able to dig into details like packet captures and analysis via SQL to validate threats. The best benefit for our small team is the ability to customise the alerts so that we can control SOC calls for the events of interest to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

The learning curve was a challenge. Since all the training was online-only, I couldn't ask questions easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Product Marketing of LevelBlue MDR / MXDR

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Yasser. It's great to hear the alerts and dashboard have been useful.

"Excellent Product - very quick and responsive"

What do you like best about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

Alert Logic definitely helps in keeping things secure. It was fairly easy to set up and my testing in house to "mock up" threats were caught. It is easy to use and has a very intuitive inferface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?

The only negative thing I can say is for our office (which is fairly small, less than 15 people on the technology side) - it is a little pricey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Product Marketing of LevelBlue MDR / MXDR

It's great to hear about your positive experience with Alert Logic.Thank you so much for your review.
