I really appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with Amazon advertising data, saving a lot of manual work when optimizing product performance. The dashboard is clean and easy to understand, allowing me to identify sales trends and adjust strategies quickly. Overall, it has improved efficiency and provided more transparency in campaign management. **What do you dislike about Levanta?** While Levanta provides useful tools and insights, it lacks continuous support to help brands expand and accelerate growth. Most of the time, we need to find external resources and negotiate collaborations on our own, which can slow down progress. Great way to manage affiliate marketing for your Amazon business **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025 **What do you like best about Levanta?** It solves the technology problem of merging the Amazon Brand Referral Bonus with affiliate marketing tracking and paying out our affiliate partners **What do you dislike about Levanta?** There are things in the tool that is available in legacy affiliate marketing platforms that are not there on Levanta. For example, you cannot create Private Commissions at the affiliate partner account level and it needs to be done manually. There's a way to bulk load to add but you can't delete it in bulk. There's also no way to set a default commission for new launches and the ability to have it go live automatically. My team has to check everyday to update commission and product status. **What problems is Levanta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Levanta is the affiliate platform that merges our Brand Referral Bonus and affiliate marketing so we can receive the approximately 10% back from Amazon while running an affiliate program on Amazon. **Official Response from Carlos Sucre:** > Thank you for your detailed feedback. Their marketing strategy is misleading, enticing you to sign up for their low-end tier at $150/month with promises of a "complete" service. However, this claim is far from the truth. After signing up, you’re scheduled for an “onboarding call,” which is supposedly meant to help you navigate the platform. In reality, it’s nothing more than a $750/month sales pitch for the tier that actually unlocks the functionality you need. Without upgrading to this level, the platform is a complete waste of time and money. When questioned about the initial package and its lack of promised features, they adamantly deny ever advertising it as a full-service option. If you ask for transparency regarding potential sales performance or breakeven opportunities, they provide misleading examples, showcasing companies that have been selling for years or are generating $5 million in revenue, claiming, “You could be doing this too.”, you just need a team of 10 people! Even their sales scripts are poorly written and executed, making the entire experience feel unprofessional and disingenuous. I regret ever giving them my money. The whole process left me feeling deceived and frustrated.
