Brands cannot tell whether an audience is real, and have no recourse when a deliverable arrives late or off-brief. Creators chase payment after the work is already published. Neither side has a record of what was agreed. How LetzCollab works. Brands browse verified creator profiles and filter by niche, platform, audience size, location and budget. They send a structured hire request covering deliverables, timeline and budget, which the LetzCollab team turns into a deal with defined scope, milestones and fees. The brand funds the deal before work begins and LetzCollab holds the money; it is released only once the brand approves the delivered milestone. Briefs, assets, drafts, approvals, messages and milestone status all sit in a shared deal room. Each deal carries a set number of revisions and an approval window, and if the work still is not right either side can raise a dispute, which the LetzCollab team mediates by reviewing the brief, the messages and the delivered proof before any funds move. Both parties review each other once the collaboration closes. Two things set the workflow apart. Verification happens before hiring, not after: identity, audience and platform ownership are all checked, and creators connect Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn or Pinterest so that follower and engagement figures shown to brands are measured through the platform rather than typed in. And hire requests reach creators anonymously, with the brand's identity hidden until terms are accepted, so an offer is judged on its scope, timeline and payout rather than on the brand's name. Direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands running creator campaigns without an in-house influencer team; small and mid-sized marketing teams that need an audit trail and a payment mechanism rather than a contact database; agencies managing collaborations on behalf of clients; and content creators who want structured, paid offers with the money secured before they start. Pricing. Accounts and browsing are free for brands and creators. LetzCollab charges a default 20% platform fee, paid by the brand on top of the creator's price, so creators keep 100% of what they quote. Applicable tax is added and the full total is shown before the deal is funded. Payments are processed through Cashfree in India and Stripe elsewhere, with converted amounts shown at checkout on cross-currency deals.
