Delivery times seem a little long, but nothing to be concerned about. Will just plan to send out letters about a week in advance. I sent a few letters to myself, and LettrLabs has the most realistic type of writing out of any other handwriting service I have tried. I have tested out postpilot, scribeless, and many more. The postcards are extraordinarily realistic. If you received one you'd never know it wasn't written by a person unless I told you and even then it's hard to believe. As a new product, I hope they continue to expand their feature set and make the interface even more useable. They do have a built in user feedback feature on the website! After sending a few batches of LettrLabs letters to our clients and partners, I gave a list of feedback to the dev team that would make the workflow even easier. My top suggestions were to integrate with common CRMs (primarily Salesforce and HubSpot) and to create a preview mode for parsing through renderings of the letters.
