LettrLabs is the best handwritten direct mail provider I've worked with after trying a few of the legacy players. Their robot-generated, handwritten direct mail helped me reach cold prospects and build strong relationships with existing clients. It also doesn't hurt that their prices are by far the best in the industry, often being 1/2 to 1/3 that of competitors. The quality of their work is top-notch and their team is responsive and professional. I highly recommend LettrLabs for anyone looking to grow their business with personalized, effective handwritten direct mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LettrLabs? Can't really say much. They're developing new functionality at a rapid pace, which is awesome! They're also extremely responsive as well. LettrLabs helps me get my prospects attention, getting me more meetings and closing more deals. It's my competitive advantage as a salesperson and helps me consistently be the top rep at my firm. The notes get peoples attention and gets prospects talking. The ROI on this investment is crazy and can often convert at higher %'s than what they even claim on their site. Additionally, I also get a ton of referrals from happy clients who get thank yous as well. People love the personalized handwritten thank yous. Couldn't be happier with them. The letters are written with actual pen and therefore get a much better response from clients. It's really hard to ignore a letter that was handwritten. And prices are way lower than competitors! I do wish I could do cool stuff like use my own handwriting or make the handwriting look even more real by adding errors and fixes and things like that. As a small company we do not need to send large amounts of thank you letters which is why LettrLabs works well for us. The price is fantastic even at low quantities and the quality is amazing. Designing and processing my order was easy! Very nice to see the renderings and proofs in real time. This whole process help me follow up with Thank you letters to our very high profile clients in a quality impactful way.
