I love that Lettrlabs allows me to provide handwritten notes at scale to clients, prospects, etc. It outshines competitors in terms of quality and price. What do you dislike about LettrLabs? Delivery times seem a little long, but nothing to be concerned about. Will just plan to send out letters about a week in advance. What problems is LettrLabs solving and how is that benefiting you? Scaling handwritten notes is extremely time-consuming, and LettrLabs solves this problem for me in a cost effective way. Handwritten notes provide a personal touch that a normal postcard cannot, but with the amount of time it takes to write each letter, it becomes unfeasable after a certain amount of letters - which LettrLabs solves! I sent a few letters to myself, and LettrLabs has the most realistic type of writing out of any other handwriting service I have tried. I have tested out postpilot, scribeless, and many more. Lettrlabs beats them all out of the water with the quality of the letters and at the price they offer (if you choose a monthly plan). Their customer service is wonderful, and I was able to work with Dan on getting the account set up and recommendations on how to improve our use of the product at no additional cost. No shopify application, limited documentation on how to setup Zapier and other services, no preview of how integration letters look that are being sent out, UI improvements. They could use a few upgrades on platform when it comes to being able to look back at invoice of each mailing within the platform. Pricing improvements are needed. Helps tremendously with our mail marketing, making it easier to track and send in a wonderful presentation. In previous platforms with other companies they had too many rules, for example had to stay in a territory or purchase blocks of areas. That was very limiting for our Real Estate business . If we have a listing in an area, we do not want a marketing company telling us you cannot mail to that area. The customer service is terrific, and the tool is so much further along compared to other competitors. We used LettrLabs to print 7000 poscards to invite people at our conference booth. The quality of the print is amazing but bets part is hand-written text. If you received one you'd never know it wasn't written by a person unless I told you and even then it's hard to believe. We send them as donor thank you notes and it's saved a ton of time. It can get a little expensive for a small nonprofit. I have to pick and choose times and people to send it to in order to stay budget conscious. Usability: I was able to make an account very quickly. Within minutes my first outreach campaign was ready. The website had a few easy to follow tutorials that made it easy for me to understand the process! Speed: The turnaround at Lettrlabs is quite frankly warp speed, I am excited as this means I can test new campaigns and lead pools quickly to find out what works! As a new product, I hope they continue to expand their feature set and make the interface even more useable. They do have a built in user feedback feature on the website! I had multiple people comment on how impactful it is to receive a hand-written message in the healthcare industry. LettrLabs makes it possible to send bulk quantities of these notes that would otherwise be impossible to manufacture. After sending a few batches of LettrLabs letters to our clients and partners, I gave a list of feedback to the dev team that would make the workflow even easier. My top suggestions were to integrate with common CRMs (primarily Salesforce and HubSpot) and to create a preview mode for parsing through renderings of the letters.
