What do you like best about Lettria?

Efficient pre-trained modules for various functions including sentiment analysis, emotion analysis, and language detection, among others. What do you dislike about Lettria?

The pattern management features could benefit from enhancements to facilitate finer adjustments by computational linguists. It would be advantageous to expand the range of options and allow for the customization of pre-made categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our objective is to categorize wide rande of customer reviews from diverse industries into different label categories, such as positive or negative sentiment, topics, and language. What do you like best about Lettria?

What do you dislike about Lettria?

The no-code platform is constantly evolving.

Some screens still lack ergonomics, but the Lettria teams have done an incredible job of making their technology accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lettria solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a speech-to-text solution, but we didn't know how to analyze their content globally. We were missing out on valuable insights from our prospects and customers.

What do you like best about Lettria?

The platform's simplicity: it enables people without skills in AI to perform NLP tasks with no code and almost no effort. You can now focus on your main work and use AI as an efficient tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to have a French-oriented OCR model just like layoutLM or trOCR to numerized some documents or extract key entities from my bills or legal documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lettria?

As a pet insurance, we need to monitor closely our customer feedbacks. What do you like best about Lettria?

What do you like best about Lettria?

Easy to use, clean interface, it is easier to understand the steps to set up and run a NLP project, train a model, create labels, etc. The fact that it is a very techy-subject and Lettria allows me to understand concepts and follow the entire lifecycle of a project, it is amazing!
