I like the support team the most, with Rajat Gupta being an incredible asset in getting the software implemented and onboarded correctly. I think having access to such a rich and diverse set of AI creation tools is incredibly valuable for our business. It allows us to create a variety of learning experiences and turn around interactive and engaging content quickly, whether it's role play, e-learning, or interactive video. Letter AI has been valuable in solving a variety of problems, creating content quickly, sharing it effectively, and reporting on content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that reporting could be even more customizable, being able to drill down into specifics of user groups and engagement time would be helpful. I'd also like to see deeper analytics with the sales rooms, the RFP component of Letter AI. So, overall, the analytics reporting component, while it is strong, I've seen stronger in the space and think there is work to be done there. There were some issues getting users activated and assigned to correct groups, but that was mostly due to communication between internal teams and not solely due to Letter AI.
