It never looks the same in emails as it does in the platform. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows everyone to have the same email signatures and campaign cta images. **Official Response from Justine Landel:** > Hi Liz, we are sorry to heard that your are not convinced by our solution. When an email is sent, each email client reinterprets and sometimes forces treatments that impact the style or other elements of the signature. This is why there may be small differences between the signature on the platform and some email clients, it is not related to Letsignit and it happens with any email signatures solution that pushes signatures into HTML code. The interface is pretty good too, and clean overall. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** There are no filters in the team page. There is no easy way to push the signatures out to new people *only*. When I add new people and add their signatures, it will often not update at all. There is no easy way to deactivate a user from the Team page. There is no error message log. When I get the "updating signatures" prompt on the top of the page, a few often never update, and there is no way of tracking or seeing which ones or what happened. I cannot deactivate users if I've exceeded the number of licenses in my contract. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am trying to provide all my employees with a uniform staff signature. **Official Response from Justine Landel:** > Hi, We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the solution.
