LetsGoLandlord automates rental operations with AI that extracts tenant names, lease dates, and rental amounts from documents to create a rent roll without manual entry. Payments are reconciled automatically, including partial and split payments, with improved accuracy over time. Lease renewals are prepared 90 days before expiration with customizable rent increase rules and sent with one click. Tenants submit maintenance requests with photos via magic links, avoiding app downloads. Requests are auto-categorized and prioritized for organized tracking. Schedule-E expense categorization simplifies tax prep as transactions are logged year-round. The software enables online rent collection via bank transfers or cards, with funds deposited directly to landlords. A mobile app provides notifications for payments, maintenance, and lease signatures. Role-based permissions allow landlords to grant access to property managers or bookkeepers.
